Just wondering if you can help me bud. I made a pretty big withdrawal three days ago, and I’ve had nothing but mares with the verification!
I have nothing against verification normally, and I always submit the correct documents straight away, and normally that is dealt with superfast and I get my money.
This time you asked me for my bank statement. I submitted my last statement straight away, but several hours later (?!) this was rejected as it didn’t have the past week on it (due to when statements are produced). So I submitted that past week, then the next day it was rejected again as it didn’t have my account number on it.
So I’ve managed to obtain from my bank my full statement for the last 30 days, with this information on there. I’ve heard nothing since. I did contact live support earlier this afternoon and they said it was at the front of the queue and it’d be dealt with in the next couple of hours. It’s now a few hours later and still nothing!
Can you chase this up by any chance please? I know you’ve been super helpful with other members on here in the past, so I thought it was worth asking. 🙂
