Saturday night deposits £50
Quickly up to £500 cracking gates of hell bonus over 500x on 60p. Starts the bonus Buys on temple of treasure at a tun. Few good few bad then down to 342 i get the usual 5 n 324 ? pays nanty so says 1 more then I’ll run clicks it comes up internal server error kicks me out game and no bonus but took the wonga ? n im still waiting on casumo and the game provider to reach a solution as they said it was a glitch and the game round is stuck. 4 days later n im still left without absolute shambles.
Ps bandit long term follower who has just signed up, vids are brilliant to watch. Try throw a random midweek in now n again as watching chip n nick the prick are grinding on me lol used to love watching rocknrolla but he’s went off the boil in my opinion!
1st August 2019 at 10:43 am #75966I dont know how I understood a word of that, but I did ? I’m guessing they have to hear back from blueprint to see what the crack is. Heard of things like this happening before, where the casino either gives you a bit of money back as compo.

Happened to me with return of Kong Megaways and Knights life, both within a two hours, kong on skybet and knights life on casumo.

Happened to me on William hill on this mariachi game. (Forgot the name) they even gave me £10 for inconvenience. Then casumo on knights life aswell. It’s one of them things when something bad happens people are quick to complain but when it’s the other way around people are unlikely to say anything.
1st August 2019 at 4:35 pm #76001Lol got email from casumo saying game provider said bonus played out and no winnings are returned so straight to ukgc as what they’ve not realised is once you hit bonus buy you’ve then options of spins to pick so went to resolver. Casumo seem to be taking me more serious now as they’ve requested details of phantom bonus from provider.

I just received an email from the game provider where they (after many tries) managed to locate the correct game round in the system and they have advised us that the game round, in fact, crashed upon starting.
This means that, just as you said, you have been missing out on your £100 as you never got to play the bonus.
Therefore, I have immediately reinstated the bet of £100 to your wallet. As a token of appreciation for your patience in this matter, and due to the fact that the information from the game provider was incorrect, I have also added another £100 on top of that which is also free from wagering and you are free to use those however you wish, including withdrawing it.
Please accept our apologies for the long waiting time in this matter and the many emails back and forth. I will personally make sure that feedback is given to the game provider on how this case was handled and hopefully we won’t have this kind of situation in the future.

Agreed mate it seems casinos feel no obligation to compensate anyone for the time they have to wait while they resolve an issue. I recieved nothing when I had to wait 2 weeks while they fixed Magic Mirror 2 – had that been my budget for the month then I would have been less than pleased however since it wasn’t I wasn’t so fussed about no gesture of good will in regards to being compensated although even a couple of free spins wouldn’t have gone a miss. I hope you get it sorted mate although it seems common for issues like this to take up to 2 weeks as they are probably waiting on a reply from the provider.

Fair play to them didn’t see this reply before I posted. That has to be the first time I’ve seen someone compensated. But it makes sense with Casumo as they are actually the best casino online imo. My gripe was with VS mainly. 🙂

Im liking you more recently, but this above is just impossible to do and you are plucking random ideas from mid air.
The casino needs to check the game round and ID. This isnt exactly simple, they need to pull the data, get in touch with blueprint (Who shockingly arent just sat around waiting for this, and there will be a queue of people.Then they need to check the game round for a real bet, check the result, see if the round existed at all, and various other things ive forgotten to be honest, as its not my job to know it all.
This would usually take, if you assume its a busy provider, about 5 days.
So yeah, noone can fix this within 2 hours.
BTW – Easiest way to know casinos do sort it out – check the amount of posts on here started about lost game rounds. Then how many vanish without continuing the conversation after its been fixed. They are always fixed.
