Anyone any ideas how long this normally takes to verify?, I sent In docs 5 min after being asked for them and still waiting for them to be approved after 4 days?

they keep refusing my id they cant see it clear,rest all verfiad,new ukgc rules cant cancel withdraw but casumo has his own law,since last week they keep refusing my id i send passport driving licence still refuse…I guess they want me to lose my money before i get verfiad,good luck lol

After 2 years they have asked me to re-verify my ID and provide source of wealth, can’t be fucked going through it all so Casumo can fuck right off.

they did told me about source of wealth can take over week to be check,and if they still need doc wait again,they send to lot of players at same time,now we all waiting to be check for weeks or maybe months

I hope the UKGC starts clamping down on casinos that do this. They’re happy to take your deposits without question for years and years. Then when you actually have a decent win, it’s time to be a vigilant casino operator that cares about anti-money laundering and responsible gambling!

It takes 5 minutes to look at a photo of ID, match the details, verify that it wasn’t doctored.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. Proof of wealth is only relevant at time of deposit not withdrawal so it should be illegal to use it as a method to block people withdrawing winnings. I had such a nightmare with LeoVegas I just gave up and donked off the money in there – 3 weeks trying to withdraw it and sending in ridiculous answers I just couldn’t take it any more.

It’s no safer these days playing on some of the regulated sites who do things like they’ve done to you here as it would be just playing on some random donkey show that had ‘meh not too bad’ reviews on ‘meister back in the old days.

Casumo ended up blocking me. I deposited £20 and withdrew £80. First deposit since Feb. Sow required. Sent in all my details and it wasnt good enough apparently. They closed my account and paid me my £80 a bit shitty considering I have been a member there for 5 years.

To top that off novi bet wont accept anything off me for sow. I have recently had some big wins off there which made my deposits larger than normal.I was really going for it using winnings but they say my income doesnt justify the deposit amounts. I can understand that but they are missing the point about the recycled money from them to me ect. At this rate I wont be able to play on any site as it seems like you have to be a millionare and be able to prove it. You win 9k withdraw. 1 day later you put 1k on boom sow. I Said they were my sow for this deposit eg lottery/casino win. Would not accept it

I had also on Novibet they acept my wining proof from paypal I also ask to send income they told me is ok with wining proof from another casino,but they need to see it on PDF file like this date and company pay you include total

theyve now paid out my withdrawal but shut down my account with no explanation, all in all took nearly a week but yeah they made me send in all sorts then question why people paid money into account ect, easier to get a mortgage than get my winnings LOL
