Hi. I deposited about 600 quid over the last few days at casumo. Ive withdrawn 1800. They have verified my id but then asked for source of wealth. Should i be worried about this? Ive sent them my statement with my wage going in and also a gift of 900 that i got from a family member. Its quite worrying in case they dont pay out. Its not like i deposited thousands. Shoukd i be ok?

121st June 2020 at 7:06 pm #100641Thanks. Now they want my payslip to make sure it tallies with my statement so ive sent that. Waiting for the next hoop they want me to jump through. Dont think theyd have been so quick to do all this if id lost.
21st June 2020 at 8:23 pm #100645If you do get it sorted close your Casumo account after and never play there again would be the best advice i could give you. The amount of horror stories and issues with this SOW via Casumo that i have seen and read is horrifying and i’m talking 1000’s. No sane person should be playing at Casumo, getting a withdrawal out of them is more difficult than getting a mortgage, not even joking. If you run into any issues just self-exclude and they have to return money / pending withdrawals within 30 days
121st June 2020 at 9:21 pm #100648Thanks for the advice. Wish I’d known beforehand. Surely they cant withhold my winnings which were legitimately won. Every time they email me asking for something, I do it and they come back with something else. I get a wage, I gamble some of it, what’s the issue? Its stupid.

my account still with over £4k on casumo, they refuse to pay,I keep account like that maybe one day they will payout lol,but I never play again, best casino to play 21casino for now
21st June 2020 at 10:40 pm #100654Just google casumo issues and have a look on casinomeister and read some of the horror stories, CM are a big help if you do end up needing that road but hopefully it won’t come to that. Although it seems like any 4 figure withdrawal just triggers Casumo going mental. They are so bad it’s a joke even Bandit has said how bad they are. Any UK player should steer well clear
22nd June 2020 at 2:19 am #100663I recommend avoiding Rizk too, signed up the other day, deposited and withdrew a few times, ended up asking for proof of ID passport / bank statement (to verify address) which I sent and they got approved – they decided to slap an £800 monthly loss limit on my account
Few days later now it is popping up asking for further documents in terms of a payslip, they ain’t having it, just decided to close the account instead
Signed up on LeoVegas now but only made one deposit there so far as the itch for online gambling has well and truly passed especially with all this nonsense! At least in the arcade I just walk in, put money in machine, get on with it without all the hassle!

Did u get your withdrawals processed before closing yr account then? I’ve been stressed out all weekend about this. what should’ve been a nice win just turned into a big headache.
22nd June 2020 at 12:22 pm #100676As mentioned, I would just advise people to avoid Casumo. I’ve had £15,000 in there since February that I can’t get out due to SOW. I’ve jumped through so many hoops but there’s always something else. I gave them payslips and they said that didn’t justify deposits. I sent them bank statements showing savings. Then they started questioning 3rd party transfers on my statements and what SOW for these people and signed letters showing reasons for transactions. One of these is for an ex-girlfriend who won’t do it so I’m stuck. But even if I got that, whose to say they wouldn’t invent something else?
The most annoying thing is that I already sent them payslips and bank statements last year as well so if they weren’t happy with my level of deposits at that time, why didn’t they give me a limit instead of letting me deposit and then blocking my withdrawal?
Its a complete joke.

How can they possibly get away with this kind of thing? I still haven’t heard from them today but I’m fearing the worst now. Every time they ask me for something I do it, then theres always something else. I only deposited 300 at first, but I won 800 so next day I thought I’d have another go as I was up. Deposited another 300 and got to a grand. So really I made the 2nd deposit knowing I had that first win of 800 coming back to me. I’m just hoping as my total deposits were 600 its not mega bucks so they’ll pay me out. Fucking stinks though
22nd June 2020 at 12:46 pm #100678Both of you need to request your account to be self excluded and then they have to return any funds held within 14-30 days.
Also raise a formal complaint with “Resolver” ASAP

When you say they have to return any funds held does that include pending withdrawls as my current balance is 0. I’ll give them a couple of days as mines only been from friday.
22nd June 2020 at 1:12 pm #100681Not sure, maybe to be safe cancel the withdrawal if you still haven’t received in an adequate time frame then self exclude. Just say to them they either be fair and carry out the withdrawal legitimately and fairly like previous withdrawals or you will use their kind of tactics and self exclude so you can access your money.
As per their terms and conditions –
19.11. Any funds held in your Account will be returned to you once the self-exclusion has been registered.
