hey, Did your get your money back? i’m also having issues with casumo verification.
I have a withdrawal more than 6k locked, They haven’t reviewed my SOW yet but it takes very long. I provided Casumo with the asked documents right away. But i have no clue whats going on. Am i being scammed?
The initial funds came from other casino wining on Unibet, I send them proof of withdrawals to neteller from unibet. To show them where the money came from.
11th March 2020 at 9:04 am #920752nd September 2020 at 3:34 am #103425Since The Bandit used to promote casumo , can he please give us his thoughts regarding this SOW ? I am self employed , have plenty of customers , i do get money in hand as well as bank transfers . No month is the same but i average a bit more than 4K a month (on paper :D) . I have both companies paying me as well as private customers . Does he know if a bank statement for the last 3 months work ? Even so i have many payments coming from different companies or private customers , How can i demonstrate to them that the payments i receive are genuine and not ML shait .
Steve if you’re here please tell us your story of what happened . Really curios since i know you’re self employed too ..
I’ve been hit with SOW request on friday after i claimed my first deposit bonus in months:) (been playing on casumo almost every day but for the last 6 months there was absolutely no deposit offer on my account) . Been playing on casumo since they came in UK and i am a verified customer (to the teeth)
Dead curious about Steve’s story , gl guys
PS: if it wasn’t for the casumo races i wouldn’t care …
2nd September 2020 at 6:59 am #103426I think Bandit had a legitimate call when Casumo did the SoW, realistically his SoW at the time was Casumo!
2nd September 2020 at 8:36 pm #103447Don’t think it helps even if you have a regular income. They’re very specific about docs.
I also got requested last week for my third SoW check this year, now they’ve blocked my account and say wait for E-Mail which hasn’t been forthcoming, even when I E-Mailed then with several questions.
My wage is consistent and a little £4k a month, but they’ve rejected my payslip and the corresponding bank statement showing salary being deposited, due to; Wage slip not showing Employers name or the Payslip issue date (it shows the date of payment but not date payslip was issued).
These are things out of my control, my payslips have been fine in the format they arrive for 20 years and have seen me fine for banks to lend me money, 2 mortgages and loads of other credit over the years, but Casumo needs me to somehow produce a bespoke Payslip showing details THEY want to see, not what my employer thinks is important. It’s crazy, a bank can lend me £150k using said payslip but Casumo can’t allow me to give them money by playing on their site, even though they’ve twice accepted these style of documents before.
Think you’ll encounter the same problems I have each time I’ve done SoW with them, they move the goalposts, at first it’s bank statement and payslip from last 3 months, then its must be last month, then-current month, then it must show X & Y etc etc. If they were specific upfront at first request maybe they’d get what they want and not mess around for 4 days at each rejected request.
If you have a withdrawal pending they will pay if you can’t satisfy what they need, however, it’s still frustrating (and invasive), I’ve provided everything in my control and been completely transparent each time (and thankfully been requested each time my balance is empty) but I’ve come to the conclusion at some point they simply no longer want you as a customer, so I will move on.
I deposited each day, like yourself purely for the Reel Races (done quite well, especially last year, estimate I’ve had £10k from them over past 20 months, but still about £4k down on lifetime deposits, which suggests my RTP there wasn’t that great) think they’re great value and expose you to new games, but have faced the fact I can’t play them anymore.
Anyway, good luck and hope you get through.
2nd September 2020 at 10:12 pm #103451I’m the same they asked for SOW…bank statements showing bank a/c number of which i refused..they arent holding alot £300 but they wont let me withdraw it..i closed my a/c told them to give it to charity. They are a joke now, they could have asked for SOW when i logged in not just as i won…chancers.
3rd September 2020 at 10:54 am #103460I am suffering from the same issues. Opened an account, allowed me to deposit circa £750 over a week or so, have come to withdraw just under £3500 and they have no suspended my account. Their livechat feature currently isn’t connecting for me. I started one yesterday and when I opened the browser to start another today after over an hours wait I realised my first chat is still active but ‘Not read’ 21 hours later.
I have emailed them all the documentation but that are now requested payslips as far back as March 2020, which I have provided by they are telling me it doesn’t match the bank statements so I need to reupload them all again.
I can’t access anything on the site and can’t even check the status of my withdrawal.
3rd September 2020 at 2:38 pm #103478You will all get your money . They indeed have in their T&C’s that they will not pay any withdrawal if the account has not pass the SOW verification BUT the UKGC forbids this kind of tactics . They clearly state that in their regulation , go and check . So , don’t worry , sooner or later you will get your money 100% .
As for me , i decided their SOW verification is too much and will not send ANY info regarding my income . I leave casumo with a hefty 24K profit along the years . I rekon it will not take 1 year and casumo will be out of UK because of lack of players . This only happened because of the 8 mil fine they got .
Again , for those waiting for a cashout remember that UKGC regulations overwrite any of their T&C’s BS and you will 100% get your money . GL !
3rd September 2020 at 2:42 pm #103479StuLatch91 , if your account is locked send your info and docs to [email protected] NOT to [email protected] .
3rd September 2020 at 4:31 pm #103484It’s a fucking nightmare I dread joining a new site, when I had to do mine ( on videoslots ) I sent them a note explaining my self employment and how its been my income for 20 something years, and it was excepted and done with, no payslip or anything…. think it’s the reason I still float around vs because I doubt I’d get away with it on any other site, and again like others have said, when you’re self employed you don’t have a wage slip….
