Hi All,
My partner is having real trouble with Casumo and being verified. The will not accept her NS&I Premium bonds as a form of savings.
She has had to verify herself roughly 8 times as when she gets verified and then deposits again they say they want to see where that money has come from.
She is now stuck with a withdrawal pending and casumo saying they cannot count NSI Premium bonds without a deposit and withdrawal PDF from them which you cannot get. Just a list of transactions on the website which Casumo will not accept as a screen shot. Even though it shows the withdrawal and the bank statement shows the money arriving.
Does anyone have any ideas? Bandit anything you can do to help? or Casumo Andy?

With out sounding stupid have you sent bank details from the card you use to deposit ?
What else have you sent to verify ?
28th August 2019 at 12:57 pm #78921she has sent them everything. Premium bonds are a form of savings and where she chooses to save her money and had/has a decent chunk in her premium bonds.
They are not accepting the money withdrawn from premium bonds to her bank. Even though she has shown them the outgoing payment from her bank to the premium bond account. The transaction on her premium bond account and the money arriving back in her bank account.
They have had bank statements, employment contracts, payslips, savings accounts and premium bonds.
28th August 2019 at 1:19 pm #78922Surely in 2019 there must be a better way of veryfing someone than getting them to scan passports etc, and take pictures of bank statements. If my Mrs was a gambler she would have extremely limited options as every bill is paid by me.
28th August 2019 at 1:32 pm #78923She also plays on Video slots. Never been asked for anything else but passport, bank card and utility bill. A very simple verification process.
Casumo need to know everything and ask for it again and again it seems.
28th August 2019 at 2:20 pm #78927I had a similar problem with them not long ago, I was struggling to get hold of a PDF that had all the information that they required, as they rejected any screenshots that I took.
I managed to find a way of getting a PDF off my bank in the end and Casumo Andy on here kindly pushed it through the system for authorisation.
Try contacting NS&I to see if they can facilitate your request. If not, hopefully Casumo Andy on here can help to find an alternate resolution.

129th August 2019 at 3:42 am #78967I had two accounts verified fully with a simple deposit as bank verified all (which must inc DOB etc) and all fine.
Seems that people mainly have issues when trying to withdraw a nice profit which then starts to piss me off as shows the nasty side to these sites.
Im lucky but only ones that have ever been dicks to me were CASUMO. Never touching them again as even though verified they closed my account down with over 2k profit in there.
Trying to get answers were horrendous. Only reason I left it was because I won 4K on Betfred
29th August 2019 at 6:01 am #78969When i log on to Casumo, i get a message saying – Your account has been paused while pending verification, i sent all my docs, all was well, a few weeks later, they say they want some photo id (which i dont have) so now i cant get on there anymore… At least thats one less place i can lose money 😛
29th August 2019 at 6:15 am #78970Just curious, is proving your wealth just for certain countries or everyone? And is it at every casino? I only see it come up when someone gets a decent size withdrawal.
129th August 2019 at 1:12 pm #78991its usually 2k-5k for UK. For EU it depends ont he jurisdiction and regulation for that market. Some casinos under global regulation (curacao) pick their own that they feel comfortable with. Others just want to delay and delay.

I am in a simular spot. Being a VIP for 3+ years.
I did a “proof of wealth” back in 2017, which was all good. The same thing came a few days ago. I sent them everything like bakestatements etc, and now they want a signed statement + ID of some buddy of mines because they could see I had recieved money in august by someone. A real mess.I dont know if it is against forum rules, but I have written alot about it at Casinomeister. I’ve just had to send them my entire bank statement from February this year because my payslip showed I earn less that I deposited that month. I play at other casinos too, and I had a few nice wins in Feb and that’s the reason why I deposited so much that month at Casumo. This is all because I want to withdraw £1,500 I won on Sunday. It seems every time you try to withdraw over a grand they find some way of trying to prevent it. Not impressed.
