i found a new casino the other day called Conquestador. Not heard of it before but thought I’d try it. Never again will I play there.
I deposited £100 and managed to get it up to £500ish and thought I’d do a bonus hunt. Ended up getting up to £1500 from that (thanks to an epic hit on raging Rex £895 ish) and withdrew. I’ve just had an email from them telling me my account has been banned because In their t&cs it states that you can’t ‘intentially delay the outcome of a game’ so therefore bonus hunts are banned. Don’t really understand what the issue is with them… not like it changes their outcome! So now I’m stuck to just getting my balance back (I assume I’ll get that back)
2nd July 2019 at 2:20 pm #72570Wow that is just ridiculous. The lengths these sites go to absolutely amazes me. What would happen if you were playing a game hit the bonus then you had an emergency so you had to stop. Could be anything. Your child fell you needed the toilet you had to take an important phone call. The list goes on. I know you carried on playing different games but what they are implying is that if it was just one game you delayed you wouldn’t be entitled to your winnings.
2nd July 2019 at 2:50 pm #72572That would be different I guess. I assume it was because I did it for like 12 games. If it’s one I guess they would take it as being an accident or whatever but for 12 it’s obviously deliberate. I don’t get why it’s a problem though. The outcomes won’t be changed whether you play it immediately or 3 hours later!
12nd July 2019 at 3:02 pm #72575I agree with you completely. Sounds like more of an excuse not to pay. I’d be interested to know what other members think of this on the forum.
2nd July 2019 at 4:29 pm #72579There was somebody on here giving it the big un. About this casino knew it would be dodgy . They do say don’t do bonus hunts when you in bonus money . But other than that don’t really see a problem .
2nd July 2019 at 4:57 pm #72583Yeah you always need to ask if they allow that type of play with saving bonuses. In the past on some sites you were able to save bonuses on bonus funds run down the balance so no more wagering. Then winnings from the bonuses went to cash balance. I would assume this type of thing is why some feel the need to cover themselves now

Yes i remember someone giving the big one as well. I recognized the site from earlier posts mate. Fortunately that person is no longer on the forum.
3rd July 2019 at 2:46 am #72620Was this when you were into bonus funds or was this with raw cash or cash/bonus but using cash funds?
3rd July 2019 at 1:07 pm #72700This is standard at a lot of casinos. Everyone is right, it can be aused, and seriously abused, for cashback purposes.
3rd July 2019 at 1:14 pm #72703I had £100 cash and £100 bonus but because of a couple of hits early on I’d never reached but because of a few hits early on I never went under the £100
3rd July 2019 at 1:50 pm #72706So now hey are telling me I’m not even going to get my initial deposit back. They’ve effectively robbed me… never use this casino!
3rd July 2019 at 6:33 pm #727254th July 2019 at 2:46 pm #72804Was thinking about signing up, glad I read this first. Seems mental they can first of all confiscate winnings if you didn’t even go into bonus balance, but to take it even further and not refund deposit is crazy.
I had no intention of doing a bonus hunt on this site but if they invoke t t&cs for something like this what else wouldn’t they try.
I’ve had no problems doing a bonus hunt on loads of sites providing I didn’t dip into bonus balance, do them once a month on calzone and winning room, even casumo are fine, and balance is a shared % between bonus and real funds, providing the bonuses are played before balance reaches 0.
5th July 2019 at 10:06 pm #73377Would get onto pogg or casinomeister .
especially if you didn’t even touch bonus funds .
Cash funds should be able to be withdrawn at any time provided you haven’t went into bonus funds
15th July 2019 at 12:45 pm #74316These cowboys need shutting down! Deposited using mobile billing. To verify account I sent a passport a council tax bill a full bank statement which was 12 pages long also sent my mobile phone bill as proof of ownership of mobile number etc. Also sent a picture of my debit card front and back! Got balance up to £115 and requested withdrawl trustly and Skrill ere the only option. That’s ok I thought as trustly is pretty much instant so done trustly then balance didn’t change then gets an email saying wrong method. Goes to chat and was told I need to deposit with trustly! Or make a deposit with debit card so I can withdraw!!! ??? so you offer mobile deposits yet no option to withdraw unless I put more money into the crappy site! No thanks! So I complained and said can you not send it via a normal bank transfer as I sent a full statement prior which clearly showed my IBAN and SWIFT code. Was told no not possible I must deposit more oh and also wager that deposit x1 before withdrawl!! Horrible horrible casino! Needless to say I spunked the £115 back as there was no way in hell I was making further deposits in order to recieve the money I already won! Shower of absoloute cowboys! Just emailed them to close my account yuck I hate unscrupulous casinos. And before anyone says it’s gotta go back to the same method why offer mobile deposits if that’s the case and why not state this on deposit. Fully verified with everything except DNA but can’t do a bank transfer with the details on the top of the letter. They won anyway cos I spunked it back but wow what a shit show. Sorry for the rant I’m fuming not a lot of money but not the point is it
