Then I received an email welcoming me to videoslots, I clicked on the link only to tell me they need more information. I filled page 2 in (address and such).

Had a chat with an online adviser about my banned IP and they told me they need a photo ID and proof where I live.

Never heard of this before and I was actually looking forward to joining them

I don’t know if it’s because I stopped halfway to lick on this websites link that confused everything, I have never ever had this problem before, ever.

Good to get verified before depositing anyway,as with videoslots you 100% have to send all I.D before your first withdrawal…lots of casinos ask for ID but usually let you lose shitloads before asking for it hoping you spunk your money in the meantime as they can take days or even longer sometimes to verify.
