Not sure if this has happened to anyone but I singed up and they give you basically a quid to play with, with a 10x attached to it. Well anyway, I hit garga on the last 20p which took me to £40, by this time I went back and chucked the wagering, it was 990. Carried on and hit a few more gargas on 60p and 1 quid stakes. In the end i got up to 390, I had 1 click to complete wagering. As soon as I clicked, it wiped the balance down to 50. So when i went back to read, apprently the max you could win off the offer was 50 quid. Anyone else had this?
7th January 2019 at 1:00 pm #35107Hi Ryo,
Unfortunately this is quite common with a lot of casinos these days. I know 888 Casino do this also. Tis a bit dirty, as not only are we hammered with extortionate wagering terms, but we’re also hit with these caps now in a lot of places.
Not much you can do about it I’m afraid bud, sorry to hear about it. Sucks I know, but at least you have made £50 for free (trying to look the brightside!).

17th January 2019 at 1:10 pm #35110True mate, I think thats the worst thing is that the wagering itself looked impossible and to complete that and then to have your winnings taken is well “a kick in the dick”
7th January 2019 at 1:27 pm #35113Yeah really if there’s a max withdrawal on bonus money at some low level like £50, putting wagering on top to even get that is too stingy for my liking. I wouldn’t say you were scammed, I mean you’re still getting £50 off what I presume was a no deposit bonus. But it’s another lesson on the forum today in why it’s so important to read the terms attached to these offers before you take them.
17th January 2019 at 1:27 pm #35114That’s kind of the point, they give you free money to play with add on ridiculous wagering requirements then cap the amount you can win. It’s just to entice you to deposit some money while giving you the minimum they can get away with. I imagine only a very small percentage of people actually get any sort of cash out yet alone the maximum so consider yourself lucky in that respect. But it is kind of rotten and definitely a slap in the face if you didn’t read the fine print. My advice is to take the money and run, don’t give them a penny!
Is the 888 offer get $88 free to play with? If so I didn’t know they capped that either, glad I didn’t bother playing Casino when I first signed up.

Some are ok 100% match bonus is good like an extra life if u lose your money .
7th January 2019 at 3:03 pm #35144Yeah the decent ones are definitely the deposit match bonuses where either 1) bonus money is released in wager-free increments (e.g. Videoslots) or 2) bonus money and real money are kept separate until your original deposit runs out, then the bonus funds are used as an extra life.

When your original deposit runs out is their wagering attached to your EXTRA life?

I always liked Casumo where you can play with combined real and bonus money and it simply splits your stakes proportionately, so £100 + £50 bonus means on a 60p slot spin, 40p comes from real cash and 20p from the bonus. Wins go back in the same proportion, so if you got a big hit you could still withdraw most of your winnings in cash at any time and just forfeit the remaining bonus.
7th January 2019 at 3:20 pm #35152I’ve had the same thing happen too it’s an absolute bastard there’s only a couple of places that don’t do it these days I know play ojo don’t and rizk definitely didn’t as I hit a 9p wild line on DOA FOR £187 from the tiny amount I won from 10 free spins on starburst lol and they payed out no problem but it was a few years ago now lol
17th January 2019 at 3:36 pm #35157There’s one of these things advertised on the local radio at the moment. I can’t remember the actual casino, i was too busy swearing at the terms and conditions. 60x wagering requirements and a really low winnings cap (It’s possibly £10 or £20)

Well of course, otherwise they’re just giving away free money, right?

Ah yeah forgot about that, yeah that’s another decent way of doing it. Always difficult to walk away though and relinquish the remaining bonus money though I’ve found…
