So my balance at BC.game has just been transfered to a wallet address I do not own. Thankfully it was under £50. BC.game support says to wait 10 minutes for a response, but it’s now been 20 minutes and nothing. Anyone else had an issue?
21st January 2024 at 4:38 pm #134881Quick update, it took 40 minutes for online support to read my message, by which point the transaction had completed. Been told there is nothing they can/will do. The only thing they have said is….
“BC.Game has no responsibility for users’ property losses caused by omissions in the protection of their accounts.”
I don’t know how my account was accessed. The password is strong and unique to BC.GAME.
Needless to say the account has now been closed.
Until this point I was happy with bc.game, but this service is appaling.
21st January 2024 at 5:01 pm #134882One final update, it is impossible to close an account at bc.game. You can only choose to self exclude. This means that that will always have my details on their server.
27th January 2024 at 1:06 am #135041Honestly, that sounds horrific. Someone working at that site could just send your money to their own account and there’s nothing you can do.
27th January 2024 at 8:45 am #135045best verify account email and mobile phone, no one can log in, they also know what PC laptop you using all the time you log in, USE same Ip all time you are good to go
17th September 2024 at 10:41 pm #143199Just had my account balance emptied too

18th September 2024 at 9:50 am #143211Is there not a new bank accoount or similar now available in your system, so you know where it went too? You have to register cards and such for deposit and withdrawals, you should be able to see where it went to on your withdrawl page ?
unless it was a breach of terms and bc them selfs took the money ?18th September 2024 at 10:47 am #143213@seyahkram1977 unfortunately that’s not how crypto works. All I know is that the IP address that stole my money was in Bangladesh, but the thief could have used a VPN and been anywhere.
Just a shame that the UK gambling commission through it’s regulations has forced people to play on these sites if they want what most would consider an enjoyable experience (Bony buys, and autoplay).

It still blows my mind the whole crypto thing ,
I understand the ip is viewable, and that’s where the computer is and such .., so I git that , but surly to move funds they have to log where they want funds to go
They can’t send money to an ip address, they need an account and to input it on your system ???? Isn’t that how it works?
they have to log into your account, Go to account , withdrawl , <span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>write where it’s going and press the button .. and all this is logged in your account yes ??? Or does it not even show up on your withdrawl page ?</span>

You aren’t sending money to and from an account. Just an address like PO box that can be changed at any time if you want. The address is attached to an account only the time its in use, and some exchanges let you register an account without any identifiable info (not so much now in UK). Couple of years ago there was no KYC on the exchanges either in UK.
For that reason they don’t care what address you are sending to or from, unlike a UK casino where they won’t let you withdraw to a different account

Its being sent to a wallet – BC.Game don’t care what wallet unless its someone who is under a self exclusion(they can match the wallet details allegedly). So theoretically you can send it anywhere you like…one of many huge flaws with this site. The streamers who are profiting won’t tell you all this though.

Christ I’m sooo behind the time with this crypto shit … but cheers that makes sense frighteningly ….
18th September 2024 at 11:30 pm #143256Yup crypto is completely detached from banks. In order to turn crypto into money and vice versa – you need a go between. That go between charges like 5% to do that for you.
Crypto is such a fkn dumb thing honestly. Like comments from one person can completely change the value of a currency.
Doge coin was up near a dollar in my currrency. Then elon said “lol I wasnt being serious, its a joke” and the next day Doge was worth about 20c. Who would invest in this – I dont know.19th September 2024 at 10:05 am #143220Hello! Longtime lurker, first time posting.
I just wanted to point out that even “normal” casinos are full of shit — I’ve had several really tedious arguments about really petty things (e.g. a bonus on BetFred that didn’t pay out and wouldn’t load, eventually the money got paid into my account and I can make a guess at what happened but they didn’t want to be helpful about it). A casino like BC, which is not regulated, is unlikely to admit to anything that might amount to wrongdoing which they can be sued for. Even big, legitimate companies have a tendency to lie about data breaches (23andMe covered it up for a bit, I think). The fact this has happened to two customers within a short space of time would suggest they’ve been hacked and either don’t realise it yet or do, and won’t admit it (for aforementioned reasons).
This is the problem with Crypto Casinos. Great entertainment value for someone like Steve who doesn”t particularly want the hassle of living within two jurisdictions just for a bonus buy and auto spins but the Gambling Commission should probably realise that a bunch of restrictions on the industry have not stopped the industry from being incredibly predatory* and has had this secondary effect of pushing people into the Wild West of the internet.
*has had no effect on problem gambling which is ultimately a social issue.
22nd September 2024 at 3:09 pm #143352I think the bandit should address these issues with bc game ! It’s a casino he promotes through his website
