Yo dude hows it going. I just thought i would mention(ignore me if im wrong) but ive heard people using vpns to use casinos bonus buy features and the casinos happily take their money but when it comes to withdrawing the casino checks your ID and knows you arent in the place you said and refuses to pay stating you broke the terms and conditions. Ive not had first hand experience but just heard a few nasty stories. p.s keep on making your vids as your funny and no one does dry sarcasm like you whilst showing the true experiences of gambling.
last year I was playing in Stake Casino, and I won in DOA2 I ask for Withdraw I got an email to send my Id, I send UK id I got blocked from making deposits but my Withdraw was open, and they did pay me, some casinos do ask for Id, some they accept UK id some they don’t, good crypto casino don’t accept UK players
12th June 2023 at 1:52 pm #124220But what happens when they ask for address
is simple m8, streamers get away coz they have deal with casinos, if casinos want to target UK players they will pay UK streamers to advertise if they ask normal players for ID, 2 things could happen, 1 they can close your account not pay you and ignore you, second they can close your account and pay you
112th June 2023 at 1:57 pm #124223I’m generally just a lurker but I made an account specifically for this, it might be a long read so bear with…
BC.game generally don’t care if you use a VPN, they have to state it in their T & C’s that it’s prohibited to used one for their own legal reasons, but they mostly turn a blind eye. Why?, because it increases their potential audience of gamblers massively and all it takes to register is an email address, a crypto wallet, and a name, that’s it.
I have never been asked for KYC but just because others haven’t doesn’t mean you won’t, It’s just a risk you have to take if you want to go down the crypto gambling route, they can and will withhold your winnings if you cant provide KYC, sucks, but is what it is.
Another thing is Gambling is tax free in the UK, but you aren’t gambling in the UK now (technically). Crypto is taxable, when buying, and selling the same coins for profit atleast. Gambling is still a grey area because you are selling more coins than you bought, not selling the same amount for profit which doesn’t come under captial gains tax. BUT if you used a KYC exchange e.g Kucoin, Crypto.com or anyone that asks you for ID and verification documents when your registered, they report all their users to HMRC (last I knew it was anyone who had over £5000 in their account, might have changed by now) there are ways around it by using a DEx but still, annoying to use for just your average gambler.
HMRC might get a bit sus when they request your information from the exchange and see large amounts going in and out of your bank to your exchange, into your casino wallet and back again etc etc for all they know you are being paid in crypto for a service which is taxable under income tax so atleast be prepared to show record of your transactions and proof you are gambling if required. Might not happen, but it’s a possibility.
Crypto casinos are better in many ways after the UKGC had their way, but offshore casinos are still unregulated and carry their own laws and risks and HMRC don’t take kindly to offshore gambling sites taking their tax money which otherwise would have come from a site regulated by the UKGC for their expensive licence to operate in the UK, among other taxable events. If you are gonna do it, atleast take the time to understand what you are doing and the possible implications first.
If all of that sounds like to much of an utter ballache stick to UK casinos and save yourself the hasstle.
hope this helps anyone who stuck around long enough to read the whole thing.
crypto is taxed £5000 a year deposit or withdrawal but is only if you trade crypto and make money from trading, not from receiving crypto as payment or paying someone
12th June 2023 at 4:48 pm #124237The bandit is back..🎉
Great to see you back making new content. I have been watching your videos for years now along with all the other streamers and content makers in the gambling world and i have to say you do it the best. The most honest, real and entertaining representation of online gambling in my humble opinion. The Reel King ladder gambles…Wow.
I also wanted to respond to Btcals comment. I am an ex gambler who singed up to gamstop over 3 years ago. I stopped because I stopped enjoying my approach to gambling not because gambling is wrong. I Stopped enjoying it. I spent small, won big sometimes, never withdrew when i should, i never really lost or gained anything and thats what started to do my head in so i stopped. It dosnt mean i dont love the game i do and content makers like The Bandit remind you of how easy it is to loose and how hard it is to win. I think anyone on here who wants to hate on the Bandit or any other content makers who gamble should ask themselves why the fuck are you here then? This is what these guys and girls do for our entertainment. If you dont like watching people gamble online win or loose then go watch a cookery channel or something. Good luck on the new sites.
I dont gamble anymore but from what i have seen that Stormforged game looks pretty mega and has a lot of different bonus buys. An expensive video i suspect but thats my hotpick.
Max win incoming……?Ok now go back and read what I wrote and then tell me how your rant had anything to do with what I said.
12th June 2023 at 5:16 pm #124240Yeah there’s a threshold you have to hit first but the post was already boringly long so left out the figures
12th June 2023 at 8:58 pm #124269Great to see regular content!
On the bonus buy max win hunts, go nuts…. do it live 🙂

Great post.
If bandit buys £5000 of crypto and it jumps to £5200 overnight, that is taxable profit.
12th June 2023 at 10:26 pm #124291You do get some leeway with it, capital gains tax threshold on crypto is £6000 profit this year, so if bandit bought £5000 and it increased to £5200 overnight he would still have £5800 profit left before tax is owed. I don’t want to sound like a know it all it’s just a heads up because it can get mega confusing if all your after is a quick crypto slot bash.

Man …. I’ll be honest … I’m glad you’re getting the headaches on this rather than me…I’ve always been interested in this type of casinos, but I’m not brave or patient enough for this…

but regarding my question above does anybody know if this casino will have a fit when and if somebody using vpn has to show there uk address or does crypto work differently? Are they bound by uk laws compared to others ?

is no laws with Crypto casinos or BC, they call it black market illegal gambling, etc, up to you to take the risk, most Crypto casinos know we use VPN, but some casinos do ask for doc to prove you are 18+, I play one time in BC long time ago they never ask me anything, is simple is your own risk, you run in problem no one will help you

Well I know for a fact, that a Bank cannot transfer funds to an unregistered place such as :
Black Hole Bank UnLtd
Big Secret Street
No Postcode
No Country

you are right, if you declare to HRMC as gambling profit your tax goes to 0
13th June 2023 at 6:53 am #124327Hi, stupid question but what happens if they asked you to prove your living in ireland as i guess if you use UK documents your account will get closed ?
Thanks L
Google dot come edit 😂
13th June 2023 at 7:03 am #124329I guess if i was in your shoes i would take a deal also i know you say some peoples casinos are shit for some and good for others but bc game seems to be buying all the uk casino content creators i do find that strange you chimpmonk jimbo lucky devil bob slots plus many more all are using bc game for me its a bad site never pays. i know they have Argentina on the front but so does duelbits. also you should use ltc will save you a heap in the long run as no transaction fees. there are some way better crypto sites out there that really give you alot back just for playing bc game everything is locked i recommended rollbit.com/referral/chains you can win huge amounts if you own a rollbot which you could easily afford you get free money every week like $50 free bet on sprots every week and 11% share in the profits of your referrals just my 2 cents i do prefer to watch you spin the bonus in rather then buy as they nearly always loose anyways all the best brother
1 they promote BC coz the affliction % is very high paid, 2 They promote BC coz one of the Kim (CasinoGrounds) employers works for BC, and is easy for BC to get all UK streamers, regards to Rolibit they are having big problems with their licenses at the moment so I will stay away
P.S Jimbo remove BC from promoting, so they don’t promote any longer
13th June 2023 at 8:34 am #124337In fact, my affiliate % at BC Game is 0%
I wasn’t aware that Kim works for them so i don’t know how true that is.
As you all know, i’m not affiliated with Casino Grounds, i am just me.
13th June 2023 at 8:50 am #124342It’s good to know you had a successful withdrawal dude as I only deposit 10 – 50 at a time I can’t imagine they’ll get the hump over my small withdrawals
I really like the format you do on the single slot series, I’d love to see a hunt for the full screen on dead or a wild or a hunt for the wildline on DOA2 or a hunt for full screen top symbol on any book game
Cheers for the content, it’s quality that your back 🙂
(ps: well done on the beer front, I’m 20days sober now, it’s hard as fuck. be proud)
13th June 2023 at 11:45 am #124362Alright Steve! A single slot series on Money Train 3 would be nice. If you’ve already done one, fuck it, do another as you enjoy that one (as do I) . Cheers pal 👍
