    Yea, they can be helpful on simple or sometimes complex issues, quickly or longer. They can also be completely useless, don’t listen or easily forget I guess due to multitasking or smoking a LOT of weed…. or just have no discenable memory capability.

    I just went from a 15fs on VS Legacy of Egypt refusing to load, to contacting support to not being able to even login and not get repeated successful attempts at password recovery. 15 minutes of my life I can’t have back although they did solve the problem.

    Still, not the end of the world but also not the worst I have experienced, although the worst was with virgin born again broadband, what a utterly shite company and customer shitport.
