I’ve posted a few times on the issue but this is where shit gets real for me, I’m in a lot of debt originally not caused by gambling but gambling has become a factor and has made the situation a lot worse after trying to sort it out myself and reaching out to a few people for help unfortunately not everyone could give me help which I understand, i am now going through citizens advice for help and support my debts are out of my control and what’s coming in isn’t enough to cover what’s going out so I’ve been in denial for too long now and I require help, this post is basically just to make people aware in a similar situation that if you need help go and get it I could have and should have done this a lot sooner as far as some debt goes it was just what I had to do at the time but I’ve made my situation a lot worse with still gambling when I shouldn’t have been which is my own fault and I have to accept the punishments for doing that but hopefully I can get the help I need from citizens advice and be out of the situation because the stress and worry is unbelievable and working long hours all for nothing is ridiculous as far as gambling goes it has to stop altogether it’s a great thrill but no one should ever be getting themselves into debt to gamble it’s crazy so anyone in a similar situation act now or you could end up in a situation like mine where you don’t know what the outcome is going to be I’m hoping I have enough time to get the help I need before things like court action is taken etc but who knows I wouldn’t wish this on anyone but I have caused this to myself and close people around me so if you can act now before it’s too late.

5th August 2019 at 5:05 pm #76552Yeah I think there a numerous option like pay a final payment each week or even in some cases just filling as bankrupt etc can clear it yeah your credit score is boned for a while but sometimes not being able to get credit is not a bad thing. Hope things get better for you.

Would recommend giving them a call.
5th August 2019 at 6:19 pm #76564Its really hard to stop gambling when every billboard, every advert, every sponsorship at sports events are promoting some kind of betting site. Its on the side of buses, its in your txt message, its in the paper, everywhere you look, adverts for Gambling sites. Good luck with your Journey mate, admitting you have a problem and discussing it is a big step. I hope you get on top of your situation. all the best !
