    A DRO would probably be her best bet.

    1. Yes, she rents, doesn’t have any real assets and her debts is less than £20,000.

    2.it will only affect her. The days of addresses being blacklisted are long gone, it’s all on the individual now.

    3. Doesn’t matter

    Would echo what others have said above. Some free advice from a debt charity would probably be the best thing to do at this point & I’d agree Stepchange are good.
