Might be a good idea to add here for people who want to talk about addiction etc. just for a bit of support from each other, from others who’ve been there or when they’ve had a bad day and want to vent their feelings?
I feel like the creation of that space, perhaps with sticky links to Gamcare and GamStop too might be good for people to be able to freely post about the more unfortunate side of gambling, in particular without judgements or accusations that they’re trying it on.

Give your money to either your partner or family member mate. Give yourself an.allowance for usual bills etc but cut your main access to cash off. That’s how I got through it. Make sure you confide in someone close to you and be honest with them.
11st January 2019 at 10:43 pm #33513Gambian, gamstop, get your self excluded from all local bookies and stop taking cards out with you. Limet your self to X amount of cash. After that it’s all about self disaplin. It’s a hard road to go down but a bet road then the one gamberling offers.
