I’m really upset right now. I only gamble with small amounts, often 20p a spin and If I’ve won’t maybe £1 ish. Anyway I deposited £30 at Costa Bingo and managed to win over £200 then went to play City Life (I don’t know why) and suddenly £200 was gone. I was quite tired so maybe didn’t check the bet setting but I’ve never had it on £200 (max bet) for 1 spin – this was the default when I went to play, it is usually £1 or £2. I think there should be rules/laws about the default setting on a game, perhaps set under a certain amount or at minimum. So many players, especially new players, must experience this. It’s really bad service, obviously they are refusing to return my winnings.
8th December 2019 at 4:27 pm #84504We’ve all done it unfortunately ? I’ve done £30 spins accidentally on the worst games for it lol ?
8th December 2019 at 7:19 pm #84508Mine have mostly been misclicks/nudges when theres a max bet button next to the spin button.
It’s such a bummer when this kind of thing happens 🙁 make sure you check the spin cost before pressing it. I know 6 acrobats used to automatically load at £22.50, book of dead was £2. They all vary. Not sure why you wouldn’t have checked before pressing spin though? I don’t think anyone would just load a game and press spin? I don’t know maybe I’m being daft, but I wouldn’t.
8th December 2019 at 8:52 pm #84522I believe that all games should be auto set at the lowest stake. Casinos have no reason to not do this. A player is going to play the stake they want irrelevant of what the stake is set at when the game loads. The reason some games load at a higher level is purely for mistakes. OP it was your fault however the casino/game provider facilitated that mistake it’s that simple. I think this is far more common than people realise. I remember a while back when Craig slots was spinning a game at £100 and was really confused where his balance was going. If a long time slot player can make a easy mistake like this imagine how many novices and first timers this happens to.
18th December 2019 at 10:58 pm #84529It happens to me also one time I did 2 bets on £42 each time lol crazy I lost £84 on 2 spins

£200 a spin though OP??? Which game and which site? That need a checking, it seems unusual that your one spin was for exactly your balance..
