Does anyone else think it is not right. That people can sign up to casinos without verification checks and deposit x amount of money and then when withdrawing have to jump through every hoop in the book and then wait x amount of days for verification/withdrawal.

surely all verification should be done before you are aloud to deposit ?

 

I am not talking from experience I know a couple of friends that have had problems withdrawing and haven’t enjoyed the wait.

1) I agree that you should be verified and have to go through verification before having to deposit on all sites. Some do it now but all should. Especially gets rid of any issues that could arise, so it should be made mandatory one million percent.

2) On a side note though i struggle to have any sympathy with anyone who finds it annoying because i always would make sure i’m verified before i even start to play. You can do it off your own back and e-mail them your id and address etc and become fully verified at request before you withdraw, you don’t just have to have a withdrawal. And if anything they’re probably more inclined to verify you quicker when you specify you want to verify yourself fully and won’t deposit until you are

I played a bit through Spin Casino. I ended up hitting something decent and initiated the verification process which says 24-48 hours. I managed to get through the thousands and thousands of rollover to claim by decent win with a minimal loss.

I finally got an email saying I had been verified. It took 30 days. Balance had been long gone by then and I had self excluded.

If you’re able to deposit, they should be able to pay you in one of the methods. PayPal, skrill, bitcoin, refund via the card you used, anything. Without a ridiculous waiting period for them to try and get you to lose the money back.

Maybe an audit system on how long it takes to process stuff like this should be within the country where they’re regulated.

pretty interesting, this came into effect last rmonth, technically if they have to verify your age and name and address at point of registration no matter how they do it then they shouldn’t legally ask for more
