Anyway I hit the start button (not gamble) just to.take the money and carry on, only the money doesn’t get credited to the account and disappears.
I went onto the online help straightaway, I sent them a few more messages over the last few days. Apparently they have had to go back to the manufacturer.
Obviously there is a problem but given they have reviewed the spins and seen the money disappear you think they would have credit my account, pretty poor I think.
