You really are insufferable ain’t you.
Like I’ve said before, I worked in customer service for years and people like you are the reason a lot of reps come across less friendly than maybe you’d hope because they’re sick to death of cunts giving them shit for policies they have no control over. The company needs your identity to be verified, not the minimum wage paid rep so why the fuck should he give you his personal details?
I hope one day you encounter some one like me on the other end of these chats. I had enough after being called “a low life with no prospects who may as well just die” so I remembered his name and number, took to the internet and discovered his wife’s name, his kids names, his friends, his home address, his job title, place of work, h<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>is hobbies, what clubs he was a member to and all of his contact details and most of his wife’s.. He regrets being Billy big bollocks on the phone to someone he thought of as a lesser person now..</span>

3rd April 2019 at 6:30 pm #59009Four pieces of ID, visa card, driving license, passport, bank statement. Short of emailing them a saliva sample, should they give you their surname since they also ask security questions and know pretty much everything about where you are etc.
“By law we don’t have to give our surnames”. I’m not pointing this at gambling CS. They all seem to be the same, whether it’s booking a flight or an online order gone wrong at asda or virgin media. You know, she sounds like a hot chick called Joanne but is really a fat naked man called Geoff who normally mops the floors but also takes calls when the only CS is on the bog.
I’m certain I am me. They are certain they are me and they are them. I have no idea who they are. Now I get it, they are reps of a company that you have certified contacted and that should be enough but how many times have you heard

“we understand your daughter is dying in hospital but we don’t know which one of our colleagues laughed at you for having a bad day”and so on. Accountability is very one way when it comes to utterly shit customer services. Sure, I be some of them are very nice people.
Jeeezzo mr b u seem stressed to the max man. what with ur other post . Had probs with them masel bud done my head in trying to get a deposit put back in to my bank bcos they v/s double deposited it …tuff titties was the result of that but that was the last £200 of my money they will ever see of mine.

Dunno if ur with casumo mate if not i would reccomend them really decent and any prob i have had has been sorted out no problem . I know some cs reps can be cheeky but so can we and i think its important to try and stay focused and not go over the top mr b.after all were only human .
The only way to beat them is to leave them mate. Hope ur well ?
