First post so feel free to tell me if I’m not posting correctly or in the right place. Just looking for some advice tbh.
Tonight was playing the new Nostradamus game when I managed to finally get the bonus. Then the game froze with nothing but a blue circle. So I refresh my page for the bonus to then be gone, and it be as if I was never playing the game.
Tried to speak to customer services and the first guy decided that logging out and back in again was the problem. Surprisingly didn’t work haha! then the second guy decided it just happened in the background and must have just given £0.00. Surely they can’t just make that up and not sort. this out?
18th November 2018 at 3:25 pm #24585Hey.
Email them with this image.
Ask for them to check the last spin game rounds and for the results. Look in your bet history to see the one before this bonus, so they know the last completed round. They will send this to the slot company to check. Make sure they check the game log and any downtime on he server for the licence you play under.
Fyi – this is a very old game.
118th November 2018 at 3:56 pm #24593I had an error on video slots whilst playing extra chilli, i managed to get it to 12 free spins then the game froze up. refreshed the screen and kept getting the same thing in the image below. I contacted them and they told me they would pay me what the bonus was going to pay which they later did. my question is, if the games are ‘random’ as they say then how the hell do they know how much it was gonna pay if the game was never played? I don’t beleve they are random one bit, they are all predetermined. They will pay you any outstanding bonuses if they see one so make sure you send them any screenshots. Anyway here was my error below.
18th November 2018 at 4:57 pm #24597The outcome of each game (i.e. spin) is random – whether you’ve won and if so how much. The presentation to you as a bonus round is not random, so once you’ve hit a bonus, the game round has already logged the amount you’ve won and the bonus itself is just how it’s shown to you. So once the bonus is triggered, the game provider can look up what it’s paid you if it crashed part way through.
18th November 2018 at 5:18 pm #24604There has been a strange spate reported on this forum lately of bonuses crashing and the casinos basically saying “nah, that didn’t happen, you didn’t win anything” – the only time this ever happened to me was with a Bonanza bonus on Rizk. I’ve had it crash before but normally it recovers the unfinished gamr when you reload. Anyway, I reported it to the casino and 2 days later I got an email saying the provider had closed the round and they’d credited me with the winnings. Any other result from any casino and I wouldn’t play there again, zero tolerance!
19th November 2018 at 12:38 am #24667I won a small non progressive jackpot at Videoslots some time ago, and it didnt pay me any of it. Luckily i recorded it, so i gave them the video and got the money back a week or so later.
I later discovered i didn’t actually win the jackpot, it was just a graphical glitch. I’m sure they could see that when they contacted the provider, but they still paid me.

Forgot to add in my last post. But the BTG boss has said (in an interview with LetsGiveitaSpin on youtube) that their bonuses are random, and each spin is decided when that spin starts.
They probably collected the 12 spins, and ran the bonus.
20th November 2018 at 2:19 pm #24819This thing does seem to be happening more frequently now. Seems an easy way for them to not pay out. Wonder if it would work if I lost £2k playing slots and told them my payment was void?? No chance.
