I excluded from mr green, unaware they where linked to redbet lost a few hundred then was talking with live chat when the realised I had excluded and immediately closed my account and wouldn’t return my deposits, so think your fucked mate, which is a sickerner

Unfortunately mate no you don’t. If it’s detailed in the terms and conditions then there’s nothing you can do.

You could take it to ibas but would probably get the same response as the basis of your complaint would be that you joined the casino and breached the terms and conditions as you clicked to say you hadnt self excluded frok anywhere else (namely mr green in this case).

Looks like you will just get your deposit returned.

Its worth trying to go to IBAS just saying they should know if you are excluded at a sister site or should tell you as you are signong up who they are linked too….it probably wont work but for 11k its worth a try,but in your head just write that money off:(

You need to get them to clarify exactly why the money has been  confiscated and make sure you keep copies of all the chat transcripts. I honestly don’t think you will get the money mate as that exclusion will probably be the bit that fucks you
