Its worth trying to go to IBAS just saying they should know if you are excluded at a sister site or should tell you as you are signong up who they are linked too….it probably wont work but for 11k its worth a try,but in your head just write that money off:(
They get round this mate with a simple click of the I accept the t and c button.
It’s a pain in the arse but always worth reading through. They should make it more clear to be fair as most people rush through it but who can be arsed reading 15 pages of shite
10th February 2019 at 11:30 am #47494They are saying the reason now is i already have an account but with a different email address and phone number on the account, this is utter nonsense!!
If that is the reason(though i think its the mr green thing),then IBAS would side with you imo,as it was only straight cash that you won this money with, not bonus money…live chat often dont now what they are talking about.

I know all about terms and conditions,i always know what i can/cant do at each site i play at….just saying he has nothing to lose by just shooting off all info to IBAS anyway.
10th February 2019 at 11:32 am #47498I excluded from mr green about 4 years ago but they haven’t mentioned this, its the multiple account query they are saying, i 100% did not make another account, i mean why would i use a different number?
10th February 2019 at 11:34 am #47499Ask then for proof of your other account, email address etc it was set up with, when it was set up etc

Ppl are known to make more than one account to get welcome bonuses again…but you would know if you had done this or not..make them send you proof.,if its a stalemate then goto IBA,but know this can take a long time to be resolved, last IBAS i went through took 10months total, but i got my money in the end.

If this is the case then why have to never took it to IBAS?…i Use to use redbet alot and had many large cashouts, some from bonus money(which is normally where problems start with casinos),never had a problem withdrawing ever, the reason i personally stopped using them was they then requested source of wealth but not a normal one lol, wanted to know so much shit that i just couldnt be arsed doing it so played elswhere.
10th February 2019 at 11:47 am #47504Just checked and evoke are not under ibas they are under ecogra
110th February 2019 at 11:56 am #47505Would they have given the money back if he lost his deposit though? It seems like they’d be happy to take the money from a loss but then refuse to pay out for wins?
I guess if it was a ‘cooling off period’ from mr green they could have maybe kept the winnings in the red bet account until the period was up, I take it that can’t happen until the self exclusion is up or could that potentially be an option?

After the exclusion ends realistically you need to chat to an operator to get the account reinstated. Then you would be able to play again. They basically say that if you self exclude, your technically excluded from all sites under the evoke umbrella until you reinstate the account
If he had lost the 200, you would be technically able to claim this back as you shouldn’t be on there in the first place. Looks like that’s what they have done as they have refunded the original 200 and confiscated the winnings.

Got ya. Such a shame, especially after such a massive amount won too!! Hope something can get sorted but doesn’t look good ?
10th February 2019 at 12:06 pm #47509I wonder wether because he has an account on Mr Green and now Redbet
perhaps that’s why they are saying he had two accounts still?
Rather than closing the Mr green one he just self excluded then created the new one on redbet thus making 2 accounts?
I have no idea but this is a shit time for him!

It’s shit mate it really is.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they refunded the 200 then closed the account.
Ecogra are pretty decent (like most adr’s) but as @ligarr correctly stated online chat can be useless as they don’t tend to always give the best advice.
The major sticking point with this will be the self exclusion from Mr greene
