You know what!

Its been 4 fucking years since he self excluded from Mr Fraudelent Green.

And he nearly half a decade later proceeds to deposit in Redbet and wins huge! And they wont pay?

I would take these Bastards to court and….id fucking win too!

These scumbags cannot hide behind their totally outreageous terms and conditions anymore.

Its fucking ludacrous.

I think it’s shit to JB but all depends mate.

If he excluded for 5 years then he’s still in the exclusion period.

If the account wasn’t reinstated then he was still excluded from all evoke gaming sites.

Haha yeah i do get heated sometimes!

But this has got to be the last fucking straw! Its gone on far too long now with Casinos rigging and ripping off people with their T&Cs.

It has to end at some point. And to me this story is a classic case of casinos going way too far and being completely out of line.

Its always down to the amount being withdrawn. If Its low or deffinately doesent outtway the deposits…then they will mostly pay. If it is way over the deposits and a large amount. Then they will try every Trick not to pay you.

They have even tried not to pay Bandit several times by using T&Cs and he deposits thousands!

This is going to kill online gamberling off. Why bother with all the hoops and stuff to just get registered, then if u ever hit something decent you go through the bull shit of them trying not to pay you.

 

Ive excluded from online in the pass and all this is making me not want to gamble again. I couldn’t go online as I can’t remember in the past who I’ve registered with and excluded from.

I hope you get the money but everyone should start to think why bother ?

No worries mate. They might not mention mr green specifically. As it all comes under the evoke umbrella, when they check they will just see that you have an account with evoke that has been excluded from. It’s a twat but will see what plan we can draw up

Don’t shout at me if I’m wrong, but I heard me green got bought out by the same company as redbet, but it runs under a different license so you can sign up to both of them..

Its a serious amount of money, i have done this in complete good faith, i used bandits link coz i trust his recommendations and know he wants the best for us, i specifically picked redbet coz when i googled sister sites it doesnt mention mr green. Anything i may have done wrong, which i still dont think i have, wasnt done to gain any advantage or trying to bonus abuse etc. The win came off a seperate deposit with no bonus attached as well!

I agree completely mate. I started a topic weeks ago asking ” is it time to worry ” Which caused quite a bit of controversy. Most said providing you provide the right verification. Use your own bank etc etc everything would be fine. There was no mention of this scenario. Personally I wouldn’t feel any confidence until the money literally hits your bank and that takes away the buzz of a big win. Not same for all and it’s only an opinion. It just seems to be something which is happening more frequently.

Can’t remember why but bandit I think don’t quote me doesn’t play at redbet anymore. May have been proof of wealth. He did say couple of weeks ago.

It’s a fair point but sign ups and exclusions are different things.

You can sign up to all of the casinos under a license with no issues and take the bonuses etc. The sticking point is when you self exclude from one then you exclude from all casinos under the parent company. So for example in this case by excluding from Mr green you also exclude from red bet, mamma Mia bingo and others under the parent company.

It’s similar to banning yourself from a casino. If I exclude from my local genting, I can’t then go to genting in Manchester (if that makes sense lol)

Ok so after a bit of digging and questioning the wife it turns out in 2014 she created an account with her email and phone number and put it in my name because she didnt think u were allowed 2 different names on a site with the same i.p. address, there has been no activity on that site since 2015 when she stopped gambling and i genuinely didn’t know, she fucked about with tenners and the odd 20 and never once won!! Unbelievable! Grounds for divorce? Quickly turning in to the worst day of my life 🙁
