Just a thought regarding this-doesn’t this massively benefit the Casino??… The slots played have effectively paid out this money but the casino hasn’t actually had to provide this cash to the winner but in the longer term, those slots will have to balance their RTP as they of course don’t know that the cash hasn’t been paid out.
Hope that makes sense
There might of been alot won on live roulette. He didn’t say how much.
10th February 2019 at 2:53 pm #47585Surely if they use the multi_account thing as a reason for not paying it makes no sense.
Cos you havent abused any bonuses or stuff. Its just a simple mistake.
It’s one of those casino technicalities again mate (which I know we both fucking hate) but if the account was in his name then he effectively has two account in the same name at the same address. Anything to get out of paying.
Hi Andy, assume I know your address and date of birth. (Of course I don’t) I go sign up to every online casino out there using just three pieces of info about you. The only thing I don’t need is your email address. You then go and sign up to one of them in a months time, totally unaware of the horrible deed I have done. You stick in £100. You win £200. Withdraw.
I have screwed you and earned the casino £100.
You didn’t do 1 thing wrong, moral or illegal.
I hate this technicality too. I am directly now stating that they use any excuse not to pay you and have no real methods in place to prevent those excuses happening. In some ways this seems completely true. 100% wrong.
10th February 2019 at 2:57 pm #47587100% agree and funnily enough it’s the argument I’m using with pokerstars as the moment (so won’t be playing tonight). Red bet have it in their terms and conditions that any multiple accounts are subject to having funds confiscated.
If you were to copy my details then it’s easier to prove fraud as the ip address etc would be different so better grounds to fight it on.
10th February 2019 at 3:04 pm #47590A lot of it was won on computer roullette, the thing is there is nothing malicious going on at all, the account hasnt been used in over 4 years, no sign of bonus abuse, i just got ridiculously lucky…..or unlucky as it may turn out! There must be something they can do? Would they potentially offer a settlement figure? Even that i wouldnt be happy about but i guess beggars and chosers etc
10th February 2019 at 3:07 pm #47592In theory, if the casino ends up not paying out {and I sincerely hope that’s not the case} shouldn’t the slots the wins came on have their RTP altered to account for the fact that this money wasn’t paid out??… Obviously they won’t so surely that means that to all intents and purposes Redbet have just won £11.5K using someone else’s money

Even if that’s the case, Redbet have effectively just won £11.5k using somebody else’s money. They will continue to make their expected profits from each game but now have £11.5K of essentially free money.

Casinos do this all the time, ones with a capped winnings, they make shit loads by not paying out what the slots actually paid.

It will depend on how stringent they are over the multiple accounts mate.
If they believe you had no knowledge of the other account (I know you didn’t but its what they can see at there end) then they could void the previous account and have the one you created as a main account. Then we might have to deal with the Greene issue.
If they don’t believe you over the old account then it’s a case for ecogra to deal with but again it depends on a few factors. Realistically you would be going to them stating that funds have been confiscated due to a duplicate account you had no knowledge of.
This is why it’s really important to firstly get something off red bet stating exactly why they are not paying out. In the chats you have had they have stated both the self exclusion and the multiple accounts, which means that it would have to be fought on both fronts.
It will be a pain as red bet technically have a reserve argument so we need to find out what the main reason is and then fight that but also have a second argument for when they come back to you
Hope this makes sense

There is also the reverse of this though (I am not defending the casinos in anyway).
Let’s say he dropped 11.5k last night of hs own money. Then complains to the casino due to the multiple accounts issue (leave Mr green out of it for now). Technically you could have your losses refunded ask you shouldn’t have been there in the first instance.

That’s not how online slots work. Online slots are random and not compensated. This means that, unlike pub slots, any wins or losses don’t contribute to the future payout of that slot. Each spin is independent and random.

Wish you all the best pal, I got away with it a few years ago when I didn’t realise I was excluded from a sister site, my withdrawal was £6000, eventually got it but didn’t sleep very well for the long time i waited as it was £2000 withdrawal a month limit.
10th February 2019 at 4:51 pm #47627The fact here is its all about the “Amount” 11k alot to many including the casino. OBVIOUSLY Its meaningful to the casino or they would just pay it.
And its only about that. Nothing more.
They would not have batted an eyelid about your exclusion or other account if it had been say 100 to 500 quid.
The way they fraudulently rip people off sickens me to my very core.

Good luck mate. Keep us updated on this. You have my email address if you need to send anything over.
I wouldn’t call them to be honest. You want as much as possible in writing with names of who you speak to.
