The fact here is its all about the “Amount” 11k alot to many including the casino. OBVIOUSLY Its meaningful to the casino or they would just pay it.
And its only about that. Nothing more.
They would not have batted an eyelid about your exclusion or other account if it had been say 100 to 500 quid.
The way they fraudulently rip people off sickens me to my very core.
Agree with that 100% basics, can’t believe that these fuckers couldn’t flag this matter up the very second he joined/deposited. It seems to me that these casinos sit tight and allow certain things to bypass, they wouldn’t be in a hurry to pocket the fellas £200 if he had lost but they tell him to get fucked if he wins. Scum of the Earth.
10th February 2019 at 5:34 pm #47635If this was their excuse why did they not suspend the account, they left it open with 200 pounds to play with again?

Account wouldn’t have been verified yet mate. Will probably close the account when the 200 is returned to the poster
10th February 2019 at 5:48 pm #47642Tbh it doesn’t come as a surprise that a casino has tried to do this. Its always happening, but as people have said before if its in the T and C’s then there’s not much you can do unfortunatly. Put it down to a lesson learned. Be thankful you haven’t actually lost 11.5k
10th February 2019 at 6:19 pm #47681This is going to kill online gamberling off. Why bother with all the hoops and stuff to just get registered, then if u ever hit something decent you go through the bull shit of them trying not to pay you.
Ive excluded from online in the pass and all this is making me not want to gamble again. I couldn’t go online as I can’t remember in the past who I’ve registered with and excluded from.
I hope you get the money but everyone should start to think why bother ?
I agree completely mate. I started a topic weeks ago asking ” is it time to worry ” Which caused quite a bit of controversy. Most said providing you provide the right verification. Use your own bank etc etc everything would be fine. There was no mention of this scenario. Personally I wouldn’t feel any confidence until the money literally hits your bank and that takes away the buzz of a big win. Not same for all and it’s only an opinion. It just seems to be something which is happening more frequently.
Sorry for late reply had a busy day.
You are right in the fact if I went online and won something, instead of jumping up and down because of a massive win. I would go into panic mode thinking am I going to get this ? How can you be 100% certain that you didn’t exclude years ago (unless your only 18 now) bet it would make me just carry on and lose it.
Its all starting to seem pointless.

The only real way to get round this is to get your account verified straight away and make a nominal withdrawl as soon as possible. That way you are a: verified and b: the casino has let you withdraw before so shows a precedent.
I believe the laws around verification are due to change to prevent these type of scenarios happening but i have not had time to go through it all properly yet.
10th February 2019 at 6:23 pm #47687So spoke to someone on phone and basically all she said it was outwith her control and my complaint had been passed to escalations who will deal with it in the next few days!! Great service!!

No worries mate. It’s been bit of a crazy day on the forum as I’m sure you’ll see. I just hope he gets his money but unfortunately I’m not too hopeful.

Lol I’m sort of caught up. Missed the end of that thread where it seems everyone started playground name calling arguing .
And I see JB has had a suspension.
It’s getting harder to keep up these days.
DC any news this morning pal? Has your complaint been answered yet? No matter what I’d take it as far as you can

Local today mate only Lincoln. Least you got some calmer weather on the building site.
11th February 2019 at 11:45 am #48024These online casinos are pathetic, another player not getting paid out due to their T&C’s not being strictly adhered to – PATHETIC
Walk into an arcade, casino or bookies and if you are self-excluded, look underage or whatever you’ll likely not be allowed to use the gaming facilities on offer, I know this doesn’t always happen but at least the systems are in place. In theory this confiscation of winnings scenario shouldn’t occur.
Now look at the online sites – Welcome! Join up! Self-excluded? Multiple accounts? Not a problem, gamble away, we’ll do the checks if and only if you win some cash from us! As long as the deposits keep coming in, we can do these checks further down the line.
What is particularly sour is that the £11.5K has been won fair and square, so the money is being stolen by the casino, as result of the casino not carrying out it’s moral (I would like to think legal also?) obligations and making sure that the customer is eligible to gamble on their platform on the first instance. The very second you sign up, the casino should do all it needs to do to ensure the player is bona fide.
I hope you get your winnings paid, something tells me you have a battle ahead but I wish you the very best of luck here.
11th February 2019 at 12:37 pm #48050They must take alot off winnings off people who are excluded and using different cards and other underhand things , they do to get to play .So it would be nice if the casino put the money into a gambling charity , or something along them lines . Because what gets people angry is the casino is just keeping it .
11th February 2019 at 3:33 pm #48060I don’t think they can deny your withdrawal if you was playing with cash and not bonus funds.
You have be be very careful as it’s a common fraud that people will purposely self exclude themselves from said casinos and then go back on there gambling with maybe 1/2 details changed on the form.
If they win, they say nothing, if they lose they then email the casino requesting their deposits back and under UKGC protocol they have to do this.
I think they’ll withhold your winnings based on the fact you’re SE from their other site. Being that you have SE in the past, it’s important you check the terms and conditions before you start play, or to be double certain go to live support to see if you have SE in place on that site or connected sites.
Im sorry to say, but this could be an expensive lesson to check in future. The industry is absolutely rife with SE player fraud, as it’s on such a large scale, people who make genuine mistakes will be punished.
