I can think of several non-BTG slots that have expanding or varying ways that aren’t the trademarked Megaways. What makes Megaways so? Is it how the ways are implemented by BTG versus slots from other providers? Here are the non-BTG examples:
– Phoenix Sun (tiles are removed in increase ways)
– Reel Rush (again tiles are removed but implemented slightly differently)
– Laser Fruit (expands like White Rabbit but to resemble a crossword puzzle)
– Skulls (this behaves seemingly the same as BTG Megaways with cascade)
– Spinal Tap (extra reels to give extra ways, triggers randomly)
– Viking Wilds (middle reels can expand by 1 during the feature)
– Not Enough Kittens (some symbols can be counted twice for more ways)
