    Hi Steve,

    I noticed on your latest Grosvenor casino video that you had a lot of play points.

    In case you are not aware, these are being cancelled tomorrow.

    100 play points is £1 of real cash. If memory serves me right, you had around 5500 play points, which is

    £550 of real cash that you can collect or gamble.

     

    I hate the thought of you losing all that hard earned extras!

    OMFG, how the hell can they justify that.  I can understand stopping them, but just cancelling them is seriously shitty, especially in the bandits case.

    Surely it’s far more than that didn’t he have over 11000 points from that massive REEL King session that’s 110 quid right there

    but nether the less I think he should spend the points and offer as a guess to who comes closer to a bonus buy with it gets the money

    Yeah Steve had way more points than that stored up!

    Had this email yesterday…

    As part of this exciting change, we will be closing the current Play Points programme on 30th April 2019. Up until then you can continue to earn and redeem points in the same way you do now, so there is no immediate impact.

    So is it not the end of April, rather than end of March?

    Also, for those that regularly use Play Points to play with, they are offering an invite to the Rewards Rebate Club, which allows you to carry on accumulating and using your Play Points, however these are credited monthly as cash into your wallet, rather than as live points.
