Help needed please 🙂

I won a bit of money from a new site but as usual I need to do my kyc, no issues with it but I cant upload my pics as they are in heic format, how do I convert that to a pdf? im useless with technology haha.

dont need to covert to pdf,go to live chat and ask you can upload you kyc doc,if they dont acept ask for email where you can send dock,then add as attachment send email :p

if you can open the file on your computer they can probably do it on theirs….But typically email is less fussy like game room said
