Hello again guys,

I was having my usual session with 400 eur deposit and dropped to 38 eur (bad luck with bonuses all of them paid crap T_T). I thought I’ll just jam those 38 euros on fire joker 3 eur a spin. I went up to 120eur~ and then hit full screen of bars which pays 45 eur and thought this might be my chance for a comeback, however multiplier wheel did not activate it just gave me 45 eur win and carried on. I mean if I rolled atleast x3 it would be 135 and put me in total of 255 ~ giving me a chance for a comeback.

Since I was quickspinning I was late to screenshot it, but in betting history it clearly shows 3 eu spin 45 win which is possible only with bars.

Should I contact casino and inform them about it and even if they do confirm it malfunctioned am I getting only my 3 eur bet back? If yes then I’d rather not bother to even waste my time for that.

Need your advice 🙁

Always worth a try as it’s only an email – but I am guessing you will just get the generic we need to check with the game providers, followed a week later by the system error as covered in our terms and conditions

Well I’ve sent them an email with time mark of when incident happened and asked if something could be done. But yes I read T&C and it seems you might be right. First time in my 9 years of gambling online slot malfunctioned to me so I wasn’t familiar with procedure 😀 I’m just happy it did not malfunction on some sort of huge win – that would be quite tragic lol

I already regret contacting Unibet in regards of this. It’s quite tilting when support who’s answering me doesn’t even know the rules of the game and sends me generic message of this:

I literally explained to them that it’s impossible to get 45 eur from a full screen of bars, because you get minimum x2 multiplier which makes it 90 eur and they’re still going on about how I got paid my deserved 45 eur T_T dropping this issue before I get angry with it.
