Hi My name is Danny, i’m 38 and from leeds uk. I’m a chef and have been a gambler since i was 21.
I’m gonna try to be more laid back, and non abusive towards other members in this thread, and i also apologise for my previous behaviour. I’m not out to hurt or put people down in any way here, i’m just very passionate about this topic and need some answers. Please no long winded answers, just plain old straight talking english speaking easy to read answers.
Right….
I have posted numerous topics and reply’s to other members about Online Casinos trying every trick in the book not to pay out, or trying to take our money in every corrupt fraudulent morally wrong way.
eg- verification only usually comes up on withdrawals. eg- new cards being issued so they need the old one. eg – depositing for months on end with no verification asked for. i could go on here.
The reply’s i get amaze me, they really do. I mean why are people defending the casinos? Am i out of order for thinking some of these members have secret motives? Do they work for the casinos? Can we check to see if these members are who they say they are? I mean what the actual F$%K are they doing defending them? Its just weird that they are don’t u think.
Yes i’m a losing gambler, so what! does that make me a conspiracy theorist? No it doesn’t. I’m just trying to get answers by any way i can. And every answer i’ve gotten from these so called members is pure cringe. They dodge the question, berate my wording. call me incoherant, try in any way they can to not answer the question i’ve asked in a normal manner.
Well i’m now asking normally…………..WHY ARE THESE CASINOS ALLOWED TO TAKE OUR MONEY WITH NO VERIFICATION FOR MONTHS ON END? BUT THEN ASK ONCE I WANT TO WITHDRAW!
WHY WHEN ITS TIME TO WITHDRAW DO THEY TRY NOT TO PAY. WHY WHY WHY?
These laws need to change NOW! once you are verified THATS IT no more bullshit trying not to pay just fucking pay me.
NO MORE PENDING WITHDRAWALS FOR HOURS ON END SO I SPUNK IT THE NEXT DAY! JUST FUCKING PAY ME MY WINNINGS NOW!
So there i’ve asked as normal as i can.
1130th October 2018 at 10:01 pm #2224030th October 2018 at 11:35 pm #22245I assume I’m one of those people so I’ll answer clearly for you.
1 – Casinos require verification when you first deposit. This is done via automated address checking on your info, tied to your DOB and bank card matching through 3DS security.
2 – once you deposit over the threshold amount you are asked for further docs (passport or driving lic) and proof of payment. Some casinos ask for this up front. For the UK I believe the amount was 1.4k before docs are 100% required but that may have changed. NOTE – this depends on the licence the casino you play on operates under. If you are under UKGC or MGA (advised!) The rules are stricter than Gibraltar or Curacao or isle of man.
3 – if you withdraw before reaching those limits you HAVE to provide documents. Called KYC. These are required by payment law for money laundering checks. It’s only active on withdrawals or balance transfers, not small deposits.
I hope that helps you. Any questions just ask. Or fuck it, add me on Skype. I’ll even show you how a casino works, stop the mad conspiracies at times.

“It can be for various reasons. The two most common ones are 1) to meet regulatory demands and 2) to determine that the cash flow in and out of Casumo is lawful. To decrease the financial risk for both Casumo AND the beneficiary of the source of the funds. Many times it’s a combination of those two as well.”
“How come you are not asking for documents upon all new deposits?
Mainly for administration purposes and the fact that a majority of all players are never required to. We don’t want to hassle players for documents unless absolutely necessary. You can, of course, choose to verify your Casumo account at any point. Just ask what’s required (it varies depending on your deposit methods) or we’ll ask you when the time comes.”
If you have pending withdrawals lock the account until they go to your bank or lock the account whichever the site offers.
send any casinos you are a member of any id, most let you send it through the site..

3 is incorrect..I’ve withdrawn from casinos in the last month that haven’t asked for any ID.
My experience was with nektan, I have signed up to 5 or 6 of their casinos in the last month and have withdrawn from all of them .this most recent time they’ve asked for documents for my withdrawal. It’s not the largest one I’ve done either.
=====
I sympathise with you basics. I’ll try to explain my opinion on why some casinos leave your money sat there for days or request documents not before you can deposit but when you try to withdraw.
They know that people are addicts and can’t control themselves.
Personally I find casinos to be pretty disgusting in general but hey I’m an addict so I use them on occasion. I’ve lost withdrawls by reversing them “ill just play with a couple of hundred, it’s fine, it’s all winnings anyway” a couple of hours later it’s all gone.
Their business model is to take money from people who gamble. People who gamble make bad decisions, for one they gamble! Lol.
As such at some (but not all) casinos it’s designed to be as easy as possible to deposit money but as annoying as possible to withdraw it. I can’t understand why anyone would defend this practice either.
In the case of my latest experience with this practice not only have they told me it’ll be 3 days to check my documents but have also offered me a 50% deposit bonus up to £500 haha.
Where you and I disagree is that Casinos and slots don’t need to be secretly rigged to make people lose, they are already legally rigged to make you lose and as I say above, some casinos design the cashout process so that your average gambler will reverse and lose their winnings. That’s is after all their whole point of existence.
Imho casinos should force you to go through kyc before you can deposit and key terms on bonuses should be highlighted like this-
£5 max stake
X times max win
40x wagering (insert actual wagering amount here)
There’s no reason they can’t do these things other than it’ll hurt their bottom line. They know if they did youd just gamble somewhere else you are already signed up to because when you want to gamble you want to gamble. You don’t want to wait 2-3 days until you can gamble..they know this and they exploit it
Peace.
31st October 2018 at 2:35 am #22251You can buy anything else online, without needing to verify who you are, and who wants to wait for verification before they can play? The first deposit and welcome bonus is usually a loss anyway. I think that’s fine, and the way it should be.
I don’t defend casinos that have very strange bonus terms, or have a cancel withdraw button flashing in front of you all the time.
But i do take their side when people claim the slots are rigged, the roulette wheel have magnets, and other silly/conspiracy claims like that
31st October 2018 at 9:59 am #22281I think “defending casinos” is incorrect. You are just getting the personal experience of these players. I myself have had shit loads of problems with ID’s, different cards, old card needed, new card not accepted, need a bill, want a bank statement, need some fucking blood but i like playing at these casinos and i know all this is going to happen.
You know already that it is going to be harder to get your money out of a casino don’t you, we all do. You are going to have to jump through several ID hoops before they say yes, part of that is legal requirement and part of that is because they are cunts mate, they are a business, we are gamblers, they know and we know the longer that money sits there the more chance there is that we will spunk it. That is no secret.
The bottom line is, if you have been 100% truthful and down the line with your sign up details and you have religiously stuck to any wagering requirement restrictions, be it bet level or banned games etc then you simply WILL get your money, you need to just accept that or don’t play online.
I have currently hit my “withdrawal limit” at Videoslots – it has to be said – one of the biggest online casinos out there….. well why is there even a withdrawal limit?! Simply because they know with that money sat there, there is more chance of me spunking it, nothing else, nada. I am happy to report that of the £4k currently still trapped in there…. there is £4k of it left so it isn’t going to work on me.
131st October 2018 at 10:29 am #22288Ok yeah i accept that these Casinos try every trick in the book to fuck us over…..yeah i accept. But should it be that way? And can we change it?
This is a forum with hundreds maybe thousands of members, we have a voice that can be heard by these casinos. So why don’t we use it.
Get a petition going or summat. Lets have these morally corrupt casinos change their evil ways.
– Do you want your withdrawals to be pending for days on end, with the option to cancel and spunk them?
– Do you prefer NOT to be automatically verified by a passport/licence page on day 1 so there are no fuck ups in the future with withdrawals?
– Do you prefer to have games where there is nearly no chance of a decent bonus in 500 to a thousand spins?
– Do you like getting emails from casinos saying you cant have your funds because you have used a new card and they need the old one?
– Do you love it when a casino gives you a deposit bonus that is designed to make you bust and re-deposit?
– Do you prefer automated caps on you withdrawals but not you deposits?
If you’re answer is YES to all of these questions then fuck it i’m done with you people. But if you’re answer is NO then lets do summat about it!
31st October 2018 at 10:46 am #22291Exactly as bandit says. With William Hill I had a kyc issue, sent documents and they didn’t get back to me for a week. Went to live chat and they said they needed a picture of me holding my drivers license in one hand and my debit card in the other lol.. Its not an easy photo to take on your own. What’s next? A picture of your wife’s underwear draw? You in your birthday suit?
If it’s possible to send in the documents before they ask you for them and it is in a lot of places, I’d recommend doing so.
31st October 2018 at 11:52 am #22294Basically online casinos, especially at the moment, are shit scared of a) getting shut down, b) government making their business more difficult / impossible, or, taxed even more.
Casino’s are kind of split into a couple of types…
1) The ones that go out of their way to make you prove everything, difficult to cash out. (a lot of the small ones) delay payments, because they have a limited cash flow.
2) Places like Casumo and Videoslots, who dread getting caught with customers money-laundering, (its already happened) – its a hot topic, atm, with the government. because casinos, can effectively, wash money. Places like Videoslots, could easily pay bandit 30-50k.. EASILY.. the reason bandit got caught on a withdrawal limit.. is because casino’s protect themselves. the casino manager can say to the owners, we need a cash reserve of £xxxx, per week. so if a bunch of high rollers go playing £40 jammin jars, and win 100k, they can afford to pay out.
It’s not a conspiracy, its just good business sense.

Hang on a minute.
In a previous thread you said you were 31 and owned your own plastering firm. YOU EVEN OFFERED PEOPLE WORK! and didn’t reply when they accepted and asked for cash in hand pay.
Now you’re 38 and a chef. We’ve crossed paths on this forum but i’ve got over that and agreed with you on many points.
You talk about casinos being ethically and morally challenged, yet you have offered people work in “your plastering firm” which it turns out is probably non-existent!
Talk about giving people false hope.
I would suggest you look at your own ethics and morality as that’s bang out of order.
131st October 2018 at 12:43 pm #22301Oh, and apologies if the above post is in the wrong place as it’s not related to the thread title.
31st October 2018 at 12:43 pm #22302Don’t forget he’s sometimes 53, with a different username and eager to agree with himself.
The user is nothing more than a troll. He’s created multiple accounts and been repeatedly abusive to other members including myself. Not my forum but if it was he’d have been banned long ago.

@MickyVonDicky
Yeah i lied about my age and work before because its a public forum and didn’t really want people to know who i was. Now i’ve told the truth and you pile drive me for it?
So what if i lied about my age. My trade is Cheffing i’ve done it all my life, but in the last 3 years i’ve gone into partnership with my mate plastering. Its called NPS. i also partly own a small cafe if ya must know. And as for the plastering work i offered, I do half own a plastering firm and yes i do have cash in hand work available. The guy i offered it to decided to decline the work because he lived too far away from me. The work was there but he didn’t want it. Here’s my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/skimking1975/
Seems your the one lying now aren’t you cocker!
Its written plain as day him DECLINING THE WORK. So that shits on your bonfire dun’t it pal.
And as for my ethics and morality, get a grip, what are you talking about, you think cos i lied about my age that i’m bang out of order as u say!!
You keep trying with all your fancy speeches to put me down don’t ya mate…….it ain’t gonna work.
And as for you @argyl53
Trying to get me banned ya little rat! .
You have been just as abusive towards me in this forum as i have you. So don’t try playing little playground bully tactics with me pal. Ya think i’m gonna get banned cos of lying about my age, and replying to comments trying to bait me? Listen here mate, yeah i created 1 more single account to have my back in a forum full of bully’s. i admitted it straight up. You can’t prove i have any other accounts on this forum because i don’t. You try walking into a room and having every single person laugh at you. See how you feel!
If i get banned, then its because of little rats like you that have no emotion towards people with issues. You just try to destroy them with your nasty little jabs to make yourself feel better.
Fuck it anyway. i’m not gonna post here anymore anyway i’m sick to death of some of you.
