Your cleaner works in igaming? This makes no sense. Or she works for grosvenor casino as a janitor or something? AS thats not quite my line of work.
It happened to me at Come On Casino I had screen shots yet they still denied it , took it up with The POGG and they sorted it out as quick as they could, good luck with it, but these things do take time especially if they’re saying it has togo to the provider etc.
Its because of safety. If the casino sees the game round and has access to the “code” they can change things. You dont want that. They have to go to provider and it does take DAYS.
To be fair it got sorted within a few hours which I was extremely pleased with and I cashed it out straight away and was in my bank the next day aswell, great outcome all round really
