    I had a large win on captain venture at videoslots, the game glitched and didnt pay out, videoslots have escalated it to the game providers, does this happen often? How long will i have to wait to get the win i won? Videoslots cannot see the win on my account and all they are telling me is i have to wait,they dont have a timescale. Please advise fellow slotters,im really worried they wont pay out!?

    There is a chance that they will not pay you out, some games state that if there is a glitch/malfunction that all wins are void

    They finally paid out, it took them over 12 days to investigate,

    At least they paid in the end, result! Get it withdrawn and don’t give it them back 👍
