So my self exlcusion is finished yesterday, i contact live support and say i wish to be removed/ play again.

Thank you for contacting the Gamstop helpdesk. Before we can process your Gamstop application, we will need to manually confirm your identity.
Attached is a registration form which you will need to complete and return to us via email, at your earliest convenience.
Once we have received your registration form, we will send you a secure link to upload your supporting documentation.
**Please do not send any identity documents via email – the link we will send separately is the most secure way of providing them to us. **
If we do not receive your registration form within 14 days of today’s date, we will close your exclusion request. You can reinstate this at any time by calling us on the number below.
Once we have received your completed registration form and supporting documentation you will not be able to cancel your registration request and it will be processed.

Dont know what to do now ? its self exclusion , but i dont want to register again, and yes i do already have a online account
Any ideas ~?
9th September 2019 at 7:27 am #79691Go on live chat again or email them and say “you sent me the wrong form, my self exclusion period has ended and I want to remove myself from your register”
9th September 2019 at 7:50 pm #79724Best thing to do is just phone them, mine ended a few months ago i phoned up and it was all done within 5 minutes, you have a cooling off period to wait before you can play again, same with most casinos. Although i have found im unable to reopen some accounts
