Morning guys,
signed up for Gamstop for 12 months after a big win as i didn’t want the temptation of pumping it back into the casinos – that ended 29/04/2020 & after a phone call with them i entered the cooling off period and have now had an email this morning saying my exclusion has ended. Tried to log back into old accounts for them to say i’m still showing as active on the Gamstop database.
Has anyone else had this issue?
7th May 2020 at 1:31 pm #97589It can take up to 48 hours after Gamstop have de-listed you from their register for individual casinos to update. Also not all casinos will automatically re-activate your account after a Gamstop exclusion, so leave it 2 days, try again and any casinos you can’t get in to at that point contact their support.

Agreed. Some others simply won’t let you reactivate your account and ban you ? but that’s not a problem ??
8th May 2020 at 12:59 am #97656Yeah I’ve not bothered with any which left my account dormant, if they don’t want me playing with them that’s fine by me. I try to stick to one casino now anyway, I think it’s healthier to stick to one site with sensible limits. Still got a couple of other old ones which automatically reopened when I came off Gamstop but I haven’t used them thusfar.
8th May 2020 at 3:08 am #97650I didn’t see this post and have posted something similar. I have found it really difficult to access old accounts. Example Pokerstars – was able to log in but when I tried to deposit refused and asked to contact thdm. Email – no reply. This was over 2 weeks ago.
I found the exclusion very useful but probably will think twice about doing it again due to these issues

Ah yeah, I fancied a bash on Pokerstars the other night and found I couldn’t deposit thanks to previous Gamstop. Bit annoying because I’ve never had an issue with poker, hardly ever play it but on low stakes £20 can bring a whole day’s entertainment.
