Had an account at Genesis for around a year, had never previously won anything but 3 days ago I got £450 up to around £1500, went to withdraw and they asked for docs, having pissed about with the money the inevitable happened I ended up back at £500. I thought I would just take it and run, Still hadn’t processed my Docs. again messed about with the money and ended up at Zero. Boom my docs have been reviewed as soon as I hit zero balance
Anyone have Past experiences??

That line that the inevitable happened always cracks me up. Inevitable is something which can’t be avoided. This could have been avoided by not logging on.
It would be more apt to say I got greedy and wanted to win more and lost it.
Thats not to say it’s not the usual sneaky trick a lot of the casinos play, it’s just that you joined in the scam instead of having willpower.
However rest assured you aren’t the only one, I have seen this sort of story a hundred times on here. Next time find a casino where you can lock your withdrawal

20th February 2019 at 9:02 pm #50006I was wondering if anyone has dealt with hippodrome online before?
I made a withdrawl on the 18th it’s still showing pending with no option to lock it. Wondering how long it takes?
they have emailed me 3 times now since making the withdrawl saying they have it and in each email it’s saying you can reverse the withdrawl like wanting you to do it and loose the money.
Thanks for any advise that that can be given

20th February 2019 at 9:09 pm #50009Did they not change the law that casinos can no longer ask for documents to prevent or delay withdrawals? Maybe it hasn’t come into force yet IDK

I think there is a law coming into effect early may where you have to have documents verified before any deposits are made. Don’t quote me on it. I’m sure it was put on the forum.
