Anyone else used this casino before? Money has been ‘pending approval’ for a good week now. They say it’s going through security checks. Worst part about it is that because it’s going through these checks, they can’t lock it and I’m still able to reverse. Not that I’m going to but it’s not great that the option is there
25th March 2019 at 4:16 pm #57446They took 2 and a half weeks to nearly complete mine then from there they required more info sent that off waiting another 3-4 days, emailing them and live chat either no help or didn’t reply in the end, I reversed my withdrawal instead of depositing more and lost the lot so I closed my account, fastest withdrawal I’ve had was energy casino, once withdrew 2,500 thousand on a Friday night and was in my account on the Saturday morning!

I’ve had a few quick withdrawals but that’s the quickest I’ve heard of! Yeah they are taking the piss a bit with this one! Hope I don’t have to wait as long as you! Unlucky about the reversal mate! Should never be an option.

The information as to who they use must be published on their site (probably in the footer somewhere). If it’s taken a week and your withdrawal is still pending, I would be sending an email at this point saying you intend to raise a case via the adjudicator. It does not take a week to do the real, legitimate checks and verification they are required to do and no reputable casino would take that long.

Ah the old casino “we will take your money in 5 seconds but you need a crowbar to get any out of us”. Sadly this story is endemic on this site, casino’s dragging their heels and hoping you will lose your money or just give up.
As everyone says raise a case through every agency you can and stay strong – make it a matter of principle not to give them back any money and close your account as soon as you have it. There are plenty of casino’s willing to let you play, and one or two of them do actually follow a decent code of practice (at times)
