Hi Guys
Just thought I would give you a heads up, Grosvenor have just exclusively added the new Book of Ra Title ‘Book of Ra – Temple of Gold’ online. I’ve played this in Casinos in Europe about 6 months ago and its recently been added to Casinos in the UK. I was surprised how quickly it came online, so was excited to play. So played the demo version (even though I know how it plays)… Got the bonus, hit start, nothing happens just carried on with the gameplay! Hmm ok, i’ll try again. Second bonus, same result. OK, perhaps the demo mode is fucked. Deposit some cash, played on 10p stake cost about a tenner and 300 spins to get the bonus. Get the phone to record and hey presto, did exactly the same no bonus just carried on spinning normal game play!!!!
I am now on live chat to see what they say, i’m not holding out much hope as i’ve raised technical issues on other games and i’ve not heard back.
This seems really poor to release a bugged game.
@eejit101 – you seem to be a man in the know. Any advice if I get nowhere with live chat?
I’m not bothered about the money, but I hate getting stiffed on bugged games, especailly something as major as this. I have video proof, so will upload that to my youtube channel.

Yeah sounds like a Tech issue mate. You’ll get your cash back no doubt.
Theres been a few releases lately that have had bugs.

29th July 2019 at 9:57 pm #75736You usually have to go through the complaints procedure, first emailing the company involved stating the problem with any screenshots you have. If that doesn’t go anywhere you take it higher which goes to a manager I think. And after that is IBAS.
Doesn’t sound right, it does sound like an issue with the slot. If you have footage then it should be no problem to prove what you’re saying. I would email the casino.and ask them what the crack is first. They may be able to sort it sooner by speaking to Novo directly.

Hey WB, I got in touch with Grosvenor support, they were aware of the issue, so will interesting to see how quickly it gets resolved as the game is still on the site. I wont be playing it until I hear from them!

Hey @argyle53. I played this in first in France about 6 months ago on their VIP cabinets and the graphics and game play was super slick. The game mechanics/paytable are exactly the same as Original Book of RA, the only difference is if you get 4 scatters you get 2 expanding symbols and if you get 5 scatters you get 3 expanding symbols. Both of which i’ve not achieved yet!

Well step 1 is to email to casino, not live chat. The live cht are te basic CS, they will refer the issue tot he dev/game team, who will in turn bring in someone from novomatic. Luckily Novomatic are about the biggest slot company out there, so they have hoards of QA people for this.
So email Grosvenor, attach your video and also make the same one on demo mode as an example of whats happening. The more you can prove the better it is. Did the game pay out anything at all?
BTW – I cant find this game anywhere online.

Thanks @eejit101. The game is exclusive to Grosvenor and was taken down yesterday. It’s back up today and have played it on demo mode and this bonus now plays out, so looks like its been fixed. The game payed me nothing when it had the error. I’ll wait one more day to see if anyone from Grosvenor gets back to me, I did give the CS guy my username and details. I’m a VIP member there and have my own account manager (no less!), so I will be getting in touch with him if i’ve heard nothing.
