So long story short deposited £50 at casumo was down to last £4 when reactoonz brought gargie out and payed me £238 on £2 then captain venture bonused first spin and game me £286 played down to £500 then withdrew now heres the problem ive been verified before with id and proof of address now they want proof of income due to breaking my back in a motorbike crash im out of work atm but because when i joined casumo they ask what i did for work now my job isnt the same as when i joined there saying my new job dosent match the requirement they need anyone else had this problem

Yes at casino heroes 2k win ages ago. They wanted bank statements and said the deposits weren’t possible from the amount said earnt cos they were quite big at the time. Had to prove the large deposits had come from wins from other sites. Funny thing was further smaller withdrawals were approved and paid out straight away. They did pay out 2 days later. Good luck getting it sorted.

The annoying thing is they dont let you change yoir occupation option after you have signed up and put what your job is witch is bad because people change jobs lol hopefully they sort it today

I fail to see how that is any of there business. Surely ID and a recent bank statement should suffice for identification purposes?

Edit: Just read some of the replies after my post, kind of makes sense so people don’t spiral into debt but seems like another grey area to me.

There refunding the deposit so not a total loss jist pissed off abit because people change jobs and if they are going to be fussy like that give us the option in our accounts to change the occupation setting so when it comes to proof of income it matches

They shut mine down for 4 months because they wouldn’t accept anything i had as source of wealth, they eventually accepted bank statements but yeah, it is all a bit intrusive isn’t it, i’m surprised they are arsed about your job title though, that is like zero business of anyone but yourself!

Think it is all to do with this new law of knowing your customer probaly jist stay at videoslots for now and william hill as im all verfied there
