Just glad it was only a little ammount i tried withdrawing and not a life changing ammount think that would hurt much more after being a good customer to them for the last 3 years
Evening any idea of your Profit and loss on the sit, because if they are claiming that you cant afford to play there this time what is different about ever other deposit you have made since you “changed jobs ” if they want to be like that about request all deposits back which I would think will be more than your winnings this time. Best of luck and keep us posted.
9th January 2019 at 6:41 pm #35816The last time i checked my deposits were £2830 and withdrawals were £460 it looks more of a loss but its were i have put like £40 deposits here and there and £40 is gone before you know it but adds up quick lol hopefully i can get it reopend once they accept something going to try get a letter from work saying im start back there because when my backs better im going straight back so fingers crossed
9th January 2019 at 9:52 pm #358769th January 2019 at 11:43 pm #35960Am i being paranoid ? Just had a thot after reading this and all the other punter complaints, (closing accounts) for no good reason other than new laws / money laundering , is it really all their fault ? Or due to upcoming changes in the industry fobts . R the gov trying to squeeze casinos so tightly , so they will piss us of so much and we’ll end up running bak to the bookies and therefore sustain a bigger part of the industry . Surely casinos or any buisiness would not in their own behalf rob people like this for no good reason ?
10th January 2019 at 12:24 am #35995Found out its not closed its locked untill i verfy proof of income so hopefully can get it reopened soon as and will be back to normal fingers crossed i think this proof of income bull crap is to stop drug dealers and money laundering because apparently there using bookmakers and casinos to put illegal money in then have a little play and withdraw it so if they get questioned by police there got some proof were they got money from bit its putting us legit people in days of waiting and sometimes losing out on our wins
10th January 2019 at 3:00 am #36022I was about to join Casumo, not sure now. 2.5K would make you a bit crap as a drug dealer / money launderer over 3 years lol :). However, its not just you, there seems to be a large amount of people with all different sizes of balances going through this. Dont give up on your winnings as they are yours by right. Have a look on there policy page for how to start a grievence procedure…why…well i look at it like this….I will waste as much of there time as i can until i get enough satisfaction that the money they should have paid me has now been spent 3/4 times over on me wasteing there fucking time….take into account all the social media ways you can contact them publicly… Give em hell and up the revolution :).
PS, hope you get on Watchdog.. 🙂

10th January 2019 at 1:29 pm #3610210th January 2019 at 1:35 pm #36103Its wasnt because of the job change it was were im out of work due to my bike crash on the bank statment i sent didnt show any income from a employer witch it wouldnt as im out for 4 more months just transfers from my savings account i sent them a backdated one and it was accepted so all good now my account is back to normal
10th January 2019 at 1:44 pm #36104I think at some point I have probably joined most online casinos at some time the last few years, and it was only very recently that I was asked to show a statement from the bank where my deposits came from. At this time I was actually withdrawing some profits from them, and as I new customer I thought they were just doing extra checks. I was never asked about my income or anything – but then my bank statement would have shown that. Within 24 hours of them getting it all I got paid out. I think all of the casinos I used asked for pictures of ID and the bank card I use.
10th January 2019 at 1:55 pm #36109Tbh i think its were my stament for the month didnt show any income just cash deposits from my savings account not that how i got it is there buisness it is from actual saving lol but its to stop money laundering and shit i think but sent them another statment and proof i was out due to injury and can afford the deposits i put in was fine
10th January 2019 at 4:13 pm #36147I find this incredible! What a shower of nosey bastards, it’s not like your Pablo Escobar laundering cash through their casino, this lot are needing a kick square in the dick.

10th January 2019 at 4:47 pm #36153Do u think they have to do a full audit on someone every now and then . Like at the airport just randomly pick someone out . Because they certainly don’t check on everyone like this .
10th January 2019 at 5:22 pm #36155Never been on a casino/slot site but do you need proof of income before you join or just when you want to withdraw?
