Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me in anyway, I’m 22 years old and currently suffering from a gambling addiction which I cannot get rid of, it’s not going away and it’s ruining mine and my family’s life, August the 10th this year my dad passed away, just the day after my 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with a rare disorder called Rett syndrome, this has took a toll on me massively hence why I turned to gambling but it’s just made everything worse, any idea how I can beat this? I’m a massive fan of you and your content.

If the addiction is severe and your struggling go along to your local GA meeting. Having sat in on a couple before it’s very relaxed and informal and really helps those who need it most.
