Hi all not sure if posting in the right area but just tried to withdraw from video slots and it has the message “This is not your First In First Out deposit method so it is currently unavailable to withdraw with.” would anyone know what this means or how I would resolve it?

You need to withdraw to the same method you used to deposit, so if you deposit with Visa card you would need to select that as the withdrawal method, if you deposited with Paypal you need to withdraw to Paypal etc.

I deposited with visa and the above message is what is happening when I try to withdraw through visa as well! unsure as to why as I have never deposited or withdrawn through another method.

I could never do that with Videoslots. I always deposited using VISA and it only let me withdraw via bank transfer. I set my account up in New Zealand though, and they won’t let me use my UK bank account on it. So I’ve stopped using them.

Is it the same card you deposited with that you’re trying to withdraw to? If so, contact live chat.

you have 5-6 option on videoslot to cashout,but they let you cashout only what card verification you send,I had same problem I was only verify on my Visa card,I deposit with paypal and could not cashout on paypal till I verify payment option to paypal

Hi i have same problem on videoslots today. I withdrew fine over weekend.  I only deposit with my visa debit, getting same message as u are. Have u resolved it yet?

its the 14h April – the new law has passed where you can no longer use credit cards for deposits or withdrawals.  You will need to either register a debit card or bank details.

All sites should have some form of direction explaining to their customers how to get their funds out.
