Another new poster, drawn in to post by the “sometimes I can’t sleep” thread, and bandits recent mental antics.
I reckon I’m quite a rarity, in that I’m an accountant (a years-served, fully qualified chartered one) who also loves the slots. Grew up at the seaside, the arcades are in my DNA I think.
I’d be surprised if any other accountants on here, they’re known for being sensible with their money? Not that I’m a big time gambler, I’m the other end of the kahunas-spectrum to The Bandit. The idea of being the likes of £40k into a slot is completely and utterly alien to me. I get pissed off if I’m £50 down. But its utterly thrilling to watch someone else do it.
