Right then folks, has anyone done this and how exactly do they work out when you are able to withdraw again?
I have hit it with Videoslots and currently have £13,288 stuck in there – there doesn’t seem to be an answer forthcoming as to when exactly i will be able to withdraw that?!
I have had these withdrawals in the last week – £2,300 x 19 and a £2,111.56 so a total of £45,811.56 and the email they sent me said the limit was 30,000 euros so that in itself was quite confusing.

23rd October 2018 at 6:00 pm #21860So you reckon i am going to have to let that £13,288 sit there for a month now until i am allowed to take it out, that’s borderline naughtiness surely 🙁
23rd October 2018 at 6:13 pm #21862Steve,you are the reason why I don’t gamble and I mean that in a nice way,I watch your videos and wonder what size of a wheelbarrow you carry your balls around in,but seriously it’s your money and how you spend it is of no ones business,I sit in awe at the huge gambles you do but i would never question it like some on here, you bring home the dangers to all of gambling and your words are never so true, gamble only what you can afford, anything more you’re on your way to being an addict.. You’re videos are also meant for entertainment,it’s of priceless comedy value and many people on here are very appreciative we have the privilege of viewing them and are also very aware of the message they bring.. Much thanks m8
123rd October 2018 at 6:17 pm #21864What a good way of earning there money back by putting withdrawal limits in if you have a huge win or great run. It’s right up there with some casinos leaving your withdrawal hanging for 24 hours before processing it.
All the best steve but can’t see you not playing around with that balance for that long ?
23rd October 2018 at 7:41 pm #21873I believe you can negotiate with them an increased withdrawal limit (or no limit) – it’s in their T&Cs!
I’ve also read that loyalty members have no limit, so it’s worth checking that one with them as surely you qualify for that.
Seems very odd for such a highly rated to casino to have such a restrictive withdrawal limit.
23rd October 2018 at 11:14 pm #21875Hi Steve,
Ask the customer services people to talk to you on the phone, get them to call you. I would demand you get treated as a VIP with ‘special’ conditions or you will take the money and give them no chance to lose it back to them.
The customer is always right?
Cheers
Simon
23rd October 2018 at 11:14 pm #21876That is a test of will power, can you leave the balance there for a month without being tempted to use it.
24th October 2018 at 1:03 am #21885Surely November starts the new month? In which case, I have complete faith in you lasting until then ??
24th October 2018 at 3:55 am #2188424th October 2018 at 4:31 am #21891Its BS,some high rollers will be doing £100+ spins on high variance slots, could win say 500k,are they meant to wait over a year until they can get all of that money?
24th October 2018 at 8:49 am #21895Bloody amazing, isn’t it.
They don’t have a ‘Deposit Limit’ (unless you set it) and are happy to take your money all day long. However, win and try to withdraw, there seems quite a few pitfalls you have to navigate.
You should have VIP status the amount you deposit!
24th October 2018 at 8:50 am #21898This will baffle the situation a bit more, so i did all my withdrawals and 6 were denied and an email sent saying i only had £950 more i could withdraw. Upon further investigation, i have been told i have £9500 available…. so i tried 4 withdrawals again….. and they have gone through lol There is now just over £4k sat in there, which is better i suppose but for the sake of 4k lol, just bloody send it!
124th October 2018 at 11:10 am #21912Casino’s.. are basically shifty as fuck.. they make all the rules to suit them. its dirty bandit..
They are like the taxman, quick to take your money.. slow to return it.
25th October 2018 at 1:23 am #21948There are no legal requirements, AML checks, or anything that prevent any casino operating under their licences from paying out over 30k in one sum. I have checked. If they claim otherwise ill send you the UKGC directive on it.
It’s the same as all of the big guys… make them with so they lose it back.
