[Epicdaz WANTED $21 Outlaw]

I posted on here in the week buzzing about my biggest ever accumulator win on doa2. We booked a holiday for the kids because we wasnt having one this year because were getting married and couldn’t afford it. So were on cloud9 . Well today ive had my heart ripped out , after seeing the 3000 real cash and amount to withdraw and waiting four days and chatting on live chat explaining im a little concerned (a lie need it before monday) i get told they will fast track it. 2 hours later an email your withdrawl has been made,phew. Told the mrs shes out buying stuff we need lifes great. Then an email that made my heart sink to my feet. Under our terms and conditions winnings from bonus/free spins are basically capped at 100.00 how can it show real money 3000 and be able to withdraw? .were supposed to be going monday only to brean but as it stands im gonna let the kids down. Gutted aint the word

Dam that really sucks.

Not of much use now but need to always read the small print when using bonuses or free spins. They often add in these terms, most sites adjust the balance to the max redeemable when you complete the wagering. Very weird when it doesn’t as if you didn’t try to withdraw am sure it will still let you play with the funds. Again not much use now but always try and wait until the money is in your bank to prevent this in the future.

Were you using a bonus??….. Really hope you’re in the clear mate but sounds like they’ve got you by the balls. Gutted for you if it doesn’t work out

@Malkychamp yeh another life lesson wait till the cash is in your hands first. It all started from 5 free spins and got lucky and built it up and up then big win. Ive been badgering them for a vid because i was so excited i didnt record. Means nothing now. It was on luckyniki i have had lots of big wins on other sites like nektan sites and accept the cap but the monies once wagered go down automatic to the witdrawal cap. Because i done the wagering early and got lucky and the fact its showing me real money and allowing me to withdraw the amount si took for granted ( my bad) it was ok. It is a harsh life lesson learnt but a real hard one to take with the circumstances coming up. But hey ho were all healthy nobody’s died just maybe me later lol

@Just Basics this is what i didnt understand and still a bit angry about how it can go that far. Every other site ive been with and embarrassingly for them even the nektan sites would not let you withdraw above what your allowed. We should read terms and conditions but when you have 5 kids and work shifts my time is precious. Ive woken up feeling sick at the thought of telling the kids they aint going away monday fml
