Thats a horror story mate . absolutely sickening . can anyone tell us what would have happened if u withdrew b4 you hit the bonus terms ( obviously if u knew this at the time ) and reversed .and then got a big win . would these conditions still be attached , as this maybe a way around this sort of thing happening to anyone else ? I understand what everyones saying about reading t&cs 1st but would be interesting to know
121st June 2019 at 12:04 pm #70943@Just Basics this is what i didnt understand and still a bit angry about how it can go that far. Every other site ive been with and embarrassingly for them even the nektan sites would not let you withdraw above what your allowed. We should read terms and conditions but when you have 5 kids and work shifts my time is precious. Ive woken up feeling sick at the thought of telling the kids they aint going away monday fml
i feel for you mate i have 2 kids and i work shifts and it is precious the time i get with my kids.i work long hours just pays bills etc not had holiday in 6 years so you must feel gutted
121st June 2019 at 12:21 pm #70945Very much feel for you, OP, that’s a horrible experience. On a bit of more general advice, which you’ve unfortunately learned the hard way, I would always say to people with gambling online don’t ever spend the money until it’s in your bank.
The GC should require UK licensed casinos to make the terms attached to a bonus clear and in plain English before a player takes it. Is there wagering? Is there a max bet size? Are there excluded games? Is there a cap on winnings? Players shouldn’t have to find or dig through obscure terms and conditions to find this information, it should be right there on the screen at a normal font size when the bonus is offered to you.
21st June 2019 at 12:44 pm #70947shit sucks dude, the bonuses and “free” spins you get on these casinos aren’t worth having in my opinion. Videoslots used to give free spins with no hooks in em but they’ve stopped giving out anything unless you spend megabux.
It is a fucking sly industry
121st June 2019 at 5:58 pm #70957As bad as that is, you still won £100 off 5 free spins. You didn’t pay to win that £100 so think of it that way. Yes, £3000 would have been amazing, but £100 is still 100 things from poundland 🙂
221st June 2019 at 6:43 pm #70961Awwwww that’s horrendous that… did you pay for the holiday aswell ?♂️
Some of these casinos are shit cunts doing this stuff… I mean they should of put it in the terms and conditions of the bonus and when you were reading them then you would of seen it …. have you thought about putting a big bet on to try and get the money for the holiday ?
im sure a £100 on reel king could pay for it ??

21st June 2019 at 7:48 pm #70974did you deposit to receive these free spins?
you said it was daily picks so I assume you deposited to receive them?
not sure where you stand with that , I think most sites if you have deposited in order to obtain the freespins there isn’t a cap on maximum withdrawal?
not sure about skillonnnets tho
mid it’s true it’s a bit shady tho as occasionally they will give 50 freespins £1 stake .
22nd June 2019 at 12:07 am #70996Dont get me wrong im very grateful of a 100.00 win from nothing and ive gambled on sites for years. Its just the first time ive come across a site that shows you real cash withdrawal amount and lets you take it then after waiting 4 days and have to chat on live chat whats going on hours later email you to say withdrawal succesful then 2 hours AFTER email again to explain you do have money sent your bank account but its not what your expecting because of our terms and conditions. Every site ive played on up to this a pop up or balance reduction or withdrawal not accepted would happen straight away. My bad but a bad experience one just hope this gets out there so nobody has to go through the same
22nd June 2019 at 9:56 am #70962I wouldn’t encourage putting a big bet on to pay for a holiday. That £100 could still pay for a night or 2 in a BnB if you look hard enough.
22nd June 2019 at 3:24 pm #71213@Winningbird i wouldnt i couldnt were going on holiday now just not much spending. I wont/cant gamble again for a while
22nd June 2019 at 4:53 pm #71238Shit man that’s a tough one to take. Only thing I can suggest is see if they have an affiliate who can put a word in. Fruity slots managed to get nearly 20k (I think 19, might be wrong) for someone who had broke bonus terms but they managed to get involved and the women got her money. Not sure the exact details but they helped, just took a very long time.
Feel for you though mate
22nd June 2019 at 5:26 pm #71246There shouldn’t be a max cap if the wagering was done first. That’s illegal. Go contact them again, and contact MGA about it
