The normal way this works is that there’s a max cap on the winnings of the free spins, so that if you finish wagering and have 200 euros and the max cap is 100 euros, this amount is then reduced to 100 euros. But that shouldnt stop you from playing and winning more after.
1122nd June 2019 at 6:00 pm #71254@awesomex. I had 5 free spins won 0 20p won a little obviously wagering didnt take much time won a few more pennies had real cash around 60.00 lost a bit got the bonus on doa2 when down to 40 something then won 3000. You think i stand a chance with that? And what is mga please
23rd June 2019 at 1:09 am #71287Did you deposit to get the freespins?
yes you stand a chance if the bonus was hit after completing the wagering.
23rd June 2019 at 1:11 am #7128823rd June 2019 at 1:31 am #71289Ahh after having a read through the terms properly I wouldn’t get your hopes up .
do contact the POGG tho maybe he can do something about it , it’s a bit of a shit term , basically you could have withdrawn the £60 then deposited it again and all would have been fine .
Most sites would let you win whatever from the freespins after the initial wagering ( and £100 cap ) was complete .
in fact 5 freespins on starburst and having to wager anything at all is pretty bad .
123rd June 2019 at 1:35 am #71290Any winnings greater than the applied amount, including winnings subsequently won from with that money even after any deposit, will be removed from your account.
That is a terrible term.
123rd June 2019 at 1:38 am #71291If you receive a Claimable Bonus/Free Spins in conjunction with a deposit offer or purchase Free Spins using your Real Money balance you must claim the Bonus or play with the free spins before playing with your available funds (Real Money and Bonus Balance alike). Failure to comply with this may result in any winnings being removed.
I assume you used your spins after you went skint with your deposited money .
suprised they didn’t get you with that one tbh .
123rd June 2019 at 10:23 am #71317Sorry to hear this.
Maybe casinos should emphasise more where you would be playing under Ts & Cs & what those are. I think some casinos give popup boxes now but maybe all the text in those should be in capitals, bold etc as previously suggested in this thread & maybe those popups should be reasonably persistent.
123rd June 2019 at 11:17 am #71334Thanks guys it means a lot for your kind words and advice and i will try POGG regardless as we have nothing to lose. Will keep you posted for now though were getting ready for our holiday and washing it from my head for a week. Thankyou all and best of luck x

23rd June 2019 at 12:17 pm #7138623rd June 2019 at 12:52 pm #71397MGA is Malta Gaming Authority.
The T&C at these gambling companies are so full of bullshit. Nobody can be fucked reading all the T&Cs at every casino. This is why I stick to well known casinos that risk having their reputations destroyed if they do dodgy shit.
I suggest the rest of you do the same. Also, you could contact casinomeister and file a PAB there. Just create a forum account on casinomeister and they will contact the casino on your behalf.
