How long to respond?

    It was 4 weeks ago Sept 19th. And I deposited £200 at Video Slots after I previously withdrew a grand the week before. I played abit of immersive roulette and was sitting at £300, I thought sod it all or nothing. I put it all on and thankfully one of my numbers did appear, number 36, it had £16 straight up and £2 split. Total win £612 And it appeared in my balance I went to repeat but it said bets not excepted, I watched the spin and it was 22, not one of mine so I laughed and closed the game down. Returning to the Video Slots homepage my balance was zero.

    I went straight to the game history, it shows my £300 bet which was accepted but no win to go with it. The guys in chat at customer service couldn’t figure it out and said they would have to ask Evolution. I have been going back to chat twice a week for 4 weeks for an update but still nothing!! They say they are waiting on Evolution.

     

    How long is too long to wait, as I feel I’m just being robbed off now.

    September the 19th was 3 weeks ago? Well not quite on the 9th.

    Appreciate your frustration mate but if you’ve got logs saying bet accepted im sure it will get resolved, hopefully they’ll have a record of what numbers you bet on.

    Really you’re only £312 out of pocket, if anything. If you’re balance had updated your next spin would have been a £300 loser. At which point you’d have repeated and possibly lost so its swings n roundabouts. I get your frustration at the lack of resolution but I’m sure it will get sorted, even if they reimburse the £300 you’re gonna be where you should be at. Hope it gets sorted for you.
