Hey guys
New to the forum but not to bandits videos. Hope you’re all well.
I made a big mistake earlier. After being unemployed due to ill health for the last 7 months I finally got my first pay check.
Obviously the sensible thing happened and I deposited £500 and spunked the lot. I’m now in financial difficulty for the next month… So stupid and embarrassing.
Do you think it’s worth a shot contacting the casino and asking if in anyway its possible for a refund?
I’ve previously self excluded and haven’t played on the site for over a year as self excluded from many others.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
23rd September 2019 at 10:52 am #80577the only way you would get that money back if you dint make the deposit yourself someone else did on your acount using your card without your knowledge if you no what im saying they would reimburse you strait away but other than that asking for money back you have lost doubt you would get it back
23rd September 2019 at 12:28 pm #80579Hey buddy,
Sorry to hear that you’ve slipped up. Unfortunately you have no chance of getting that money refunded by the casino. Best thing you can do now is learn from it, embrace how you’re feeling right now and sign up to Gamstop and be done with it!
We all make mistakes. It’s how we learn from them that distinguish us.
23rd September 2019 at 10:50 pm #80605Sorry to hear this, but bio is right 🙁 you’re going to get into a vicious cycle of doing this every month, and end up with payday loans and a lot of debt, if you’re not careful. Sign up to gamstop and learn your lesson while you can. Most of us have been in your shoes, we know how this goes. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon x
24th September 2019 at 4:13 pm #80629This was me last mth major fecked up it’s been so difficult but I’m almost at the end of tunnel now . I banned myself from all with gamban and hubbie has taken control of my cards ready for when I get paid Thurs x big hugs
24th September 2019 at 7:53 pm #80640Hey mate I’ve been there myself, even in cases where I was excluded from all of their sister casinos and they still refused the refund. Best thing you can do is exclude from there, and all the sister sites you can find, and move on. It’s a bitch of a habit to break but there are people here who are on the same journey. At least you aren’t in debt, and hopefully you keep out of there because it’s a hell of a lot worse cycle 🙁
25th September 2019 at 2:48 pm #80659As everyone else has said you have 0% chance of getting that money back, I’m sorry mate. Even if you told them someone else deposited using your card they wouldnt just give it you back they would launch an investigation and would want to pursue card fraud so no point going down that road.
I was in the same situation month after month until I broke the cycle and signed up to gamstop – blowing my monthly wages the day I was paid and then having to struggle for the month… this would include 1 hour 30 minute walks to work… and then back again 5-6 days a week for a month since I couldn’t afford the bus, not being able to smoke for a month and having to constantly tell mates I can’t go on nights out followed by a lie or excuse since that was less embarrassing then telling them I couldn’t come because I’d gambled it all away and was skint.
Even signing up to gamban I still managed to find a casino not on it and started gambling again with limits in place at the only casino I could play on. I’m now self excluded from that casino also..as I did the same thing last month after removing my limits after a bad session. I thought I could do it but it turns out that I’m just one of those people that needs exclusion and cannot just gamble and stick to a budget; all or nothing.
So I suggest you sign up to gamban so this cannot happen again. If you have any family that can help you out approach them and explain the situation and they may help you out with some money or try get an overdraft from your bank. Failing that if your really that stuck I would take out a pay day loan only as a very last option but try to steer clear if you can these loans are extortionate and have put myself in a bad way finicially.
Best of luck mate, it ain’t easy quitting but you have to take the first steps… starting with gamstop.
125th September 2019 at 5:29 pm #80667Yer man sign up to Gamstop was the best thing I ever did, gamble free from online casinos for 7 months now. I was spending £1000s winning but also losing. It’s nice to look in my bank account to see money there instead of worried about buying my next meal and not having the money.
25th September 2019 at 11:35 pm #80685There’s not much more I can add here dude, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a slip up, you ain’t the only one I promise.. I’ve fucked up more times than I’ve been able to afford hot dinners lol
Just remember this feeling next time you get the urge.. Its easier said than done but many people here are proof it can be done and you can put it behind you
All the best dude x
26th September 2019 at 11:33 am #80684I’ve found the best way to feed this addiction is to watch others play online it satisfies the urges costs nothing and gives a good insight into how this industry works.i used to play fobts roulette and was very successful to the point my friend and I were almost banned from the betting office, for winning, then they changed the number sequences, and we started loosing,so we played gorilla tactics won smaller amounts daily then left the shop with the cash, introduction of the two pound bet stopped all that,I haven’t been in since, now I watch online, stops the urges my story lee
29th September 2019 at 8:48 pm #80845Done the same similar thing this month but not as viscious….been having a flutter on the slots various casinos up to £20 – £50 a month spare money..
This month i deposited £50 and won over £300 , had some great bonuses on small stakes mainly 20/40p . The kicker is that it was 3 weks drom pay day and i fcking gradually spunked the lt back in being boredon my mid week days off and now i am absolutely kicking myself…i hear it all the time on here about reversing and i went and reversed a £150 win and lost and even re-loaded then another £ chasing….fck me so sucked off with myself.
I am not skint and i can pay the bills etc and payday is in 4 days but fck it i self excluded for 5 years from every casino i play in …i have kept sky bet open with a £25 limit a month as i do like a bet on footy or rugby or mma. But officially i am done with slots will just kick back now and watch the vids on you tube. I think i covered most of the major providers with the self exclusions and im not gonna go trawling looking fo rnew ones either i am done with the slots for good. Had a good run but doing this over the last 2 weeks and giving that casg bck has literally made me see the light..
Guess it’s gonna be a few more meals out with the misus and maybe the odd weekend away instead,,,not a bad thing..
Best of luck to all , hope you hit outa the park one day and then run !!

30th September 2019 at 9:54 am #808522nd October 2019 at 2:54 pm #80921An hour and 30 mins walk to work! Why the hell didn’t you cycle in?
It’s all up hill and I’m a lazy fucker I’d be pushing my bike on foot for most of the journey haha.
Even when I used to go the gym I used to avoid going on the bikes… I could jump on a treadmill and do sprints and inclines for hours but I’d be done after about 5 minutes on the bikes ??. Just a bit weird I guess! :p
