so after months of waiting after paddy power paid me out on a bet for 120 poundthen two days later took it all back off me ibas ruled paddy power where in there rights as i took advantage of a known result even tho was paddy powers mistake so thats me done for gambling when a book maker can take your winnings off you it seems pointless

 

anyone else been stung or story same to this

it was greg garza to score anytime 11/1 atlanta v new york city 15gh april 2018 stake 9.55    was just a daft bet but he already  scored not that i knew .  they paid me out let me spend all my winnings then days after put my account into -114 pound so i had to pay them and apparently they can do this even tho they paid me out so i lost all that money twice as they let me waste it all on bets then decided to take it all off me anyway

 

honest paddy power are the worst site there is there very poor and for that ive went from enjoying the odd bet to thinking fuck it as you cant win when you win .,.,.,.,.,.,.,

and ibas favored them and allow them to get away with it  so there a waste of time aswell on it together shall i say

yeah i place bets on anything and everything mostly in play so whatever is on at the time i bet on but i always thougt if someone pays you out they cant take it back days after

i spent it all on other in play bets so my account hit 0 in balance then 12pm the following day they took all the winnings back again put me in minus even tho they have 24 hour ppl work at paddy power they let me spend it all on purpose then took all again so they can double up on me thats why i was more pissed off with them even tho i spend around 200 week on that site but not again

ibas fully protected them there no help something needs done for the customer as lets face it we really arent protected when comes to sports betting as there policys all state they can change bets as they feel without notify the customer that covers them to screw us over so im like a lot down from that site plus the tilt of anger that followed the days after chasing the losses they put me in #1 worst site

Yes ibas will side with the bookmaker in this case as if the result had already occurred then was an obvious mistake happens more often than you may think. See palp errors often if you bet enough

again thats there error not mine and why did they wait till  i spent all the money before taking it all back again and if you place a bet as a mistake do you get your money back 9/10 no you wont because all in play markets are non voidable as they say so how come it favors the book maker sure they should be more careful and it should be in my favor ibas 100% not helped me as they have not took anything i said into consideration

I understand you feel cheated but human errors do happen. Thing is time stamps will be when you placed the bet also so if that event had already happened prior to you placing the bet you can see how it’s a mistake surely. I get that you may not have known but thats the facts. Also yes if you place a bet by mistake 9/10 you can get your stake back if the event has not started
