Its on here but after 3 days i lost evereything and felt like i could of been less of a dick and walked away! I don’t even want to quit ??

I’ve been where you are and I’d honestly say do something about it before it takes over your life and ruins it.
I’ve managed to get back in control, only have 2 accounts anf have limits on both of them. Just be careful x
9th December 2018 at 1:49 pm #27883Just see it as losing 20 quid, you speculated for a larger amount it didn’t work but end of the day your only 20 down. The positive of loosing the 1600 is that you’ve learnt from it and next time you’ll probably walk away sooner. From my own experience don’t keep chasing your loses, it doesn’t work, I know that. Ignore what you see other people winning don’t think you can do the same.
If you feel as though your losing control, join gamstop straight away even if it’s 6 months just to have a short break. From my experience self excluding from casinos and setting limits don’t work, some of the casinos can alter the limit within 24 hours so it’s too easy to reverse it. When I self excluded I signed up to new ones.
10th December 2018 at 5:35 pm #28062As someone who once gambled to pay a mortgage (poker), let me tell you that bankroll management is the top priority. To manage your bankroll effectively you have to manage your time effectively. I’m like many when I gamble – time seems to evaporate and it doesn’t matter if I get a big hit, I keep playing because I want to play, not because I want to make money. That’s when I’m playing slots. When I’m playing poker I try to plan in advance and manage my time. I also know I can come back and play the same tournaments the next day. With slots IDK why, but I feel as if I have to play:-
1) for a long time
2) until I get a monster hit, something satisfying
3) until I lose whatever is in my casino account
What you should have done when you got that £2K was taken a break and enjoyed it. Then come back in a few days and play £1/spin or less. If you like playing long sessions then take a bonus. There are 100s of casinos with attractive signup bonuses. You can sit and play for hours and hours, hopefully not cost yourself too much and once in a while you get a monster hit.
Look at it like Ralph Hasenhuttl. You don’t win or lose. You win or learn. This is a learning experience. Next time cash out and plan your time better
