Just see it as losing 20 quid, you speculated for a larger amount it didn’t work but end of the day your only 20 down. The positive of loosing the 1600 is that you’ve learnt from it and next time you’ll probably walk away sooner. From my own experience don’t keep chasing your loses, it doesn’t work, I know that. Ignore what you see other people winning don’t think you can do the same.

If you feel as though your losing control, join gamstop straight away even if it’s 6 months just to have a short break. From my experience self excluding from casinos and setting limits don’t work, some of the casinos can alter the limit within 24 hours so it’s too easy to reverse it.
